Anti-Tragus Piercing

this was by far my least painfull piercing! i've got this, my tongue, this, helix or snug whatever people wanna call it nose and the odd bit of cartilage! this one was a breeze! xx

hey, i just got my snug pierced today.. i've had my tragus; upper ear; belly and snug done, and i was thinking about getting the anit-tragus done in my opposite ear! what do you think the pain would be compared to my other piercings? :)

i had mine done yesterday and for piercing it was the 2nd worst pain my nose being the first. I ve had my navel my tragus helix nose anti tragus pierced and 2 sets of lobe piercings. It did hurt having it done but i think that was more because the cartilidge is thick but its not swollen i can lay on it and its only slightly sore i would reccomend it to anyone i love it

I've had and industrial, tragus and anti tragus piercing - out of all three anti-tragus hurt the most. My industrial felt like nothing and the tragus was a little uncomfortable but it healed within a week and hardly bleed

I had mine down like a month or two now and i thought they had pierced it to far down, wanted to compare piercings :D

@sophiem09 the tragus itself should still be able to be pierced, just go to a very well trained piercer. and ask them mine was small too, but my piercer had ways of doing it.

i have my anti tragus pierced and its swollen and hard when you pinch it. is it normal just like scar tissue? and recommendations what to do?

Its weird that so many people are saying that the anti tragus hurts. My nose piercing hurt far more.

I got mine done I think it was end of may and I think its one of my favorite piercings so far. Small but oh so satisfying. Not one you see a whole lot.

i got mine done the end of jan and it was ok for about 3 weeks till i got a lump and it swelled up and is still like it now after 2 months, i clean and take care of it but nothin seems to get it down, got docs 2m to see if its infected :( love the pierecing but a pain !!!!!

it´s not unusual for antitragus to heal very very long, mine healed for about 13 months or so...and i took care of them evry day like a lunatic :)

so, only patience will get you there...

yo and antitragus is said to be one of the most painful piercings...i agreee. not even nipples did hurt so much..

I have mine done.. got in like september. It doesn't hurt that much.. but outta my tragus bellybutton and anti tragus piercing i would say the anti tragus was the most sore :) its a real awesome piercing :D

if you got your industrial done, this will be nothing.

the industrial is supposed to be the most painful piercing you could get, at least thats what my piercer told me.

but this one didn't hurt at all. :)

it's different for everyone... my industrial wasn't too bad, just bled like a bitch! i had my anti tragus done about 2 weeks ago, and it's the most painful for me so far (i have 2 helix's as well). I think it's partially down to the piercer also, mine took what seemed like aaaages to get through ¬_¬

thanks for the advice! :) i really want to get this and/or my rook done :) what do you think would hurt MORE? and yesss my industrial did hurt ALOT because my piercer took sooo long to do it, he was a serious chronic druggy and he was shaking, it was like 10 minutes long.

i had my anti tragus pierced but after a good wile it got infected im not too sure why but it was pretty nasty, and it was kinda sore gettin pierced, but lets say if i didnt get it froze i think i would of passed out!

actually it wasn't that bad. it's just really thick and hard to get the needle through.

I got mine done today. It did hurt when they put the needle through but the after pain wasn't as bad as any of my other piercings. It's just sort of 2 seconds of pain and thats it. :)

i got mine today like 2 hours ago and i dont even feel it now, it hurt for like 2 seconds. the clamp hurt worse
