u should learn the vortex its fun but ur spinning the hole time so u might get dizzy i might put a video of my hula hoop dancing to show u its realy easy to do so u should pick it up quick

Start at Hooping <dot> org to find the many places that you can get a hoop (I make them!) and find classes or a group in your area. If there aren't any yet, there are several good instructional videos. Hope this helps!
