  • GREAT BAND. they look like punky assholes now......

  • lmao 0:38 bass player looks like lexxi foxx from steel panther

  • My one of the best Happy Metal band from the 80z! I loved this era when EnuffzNuff, Trixter, Bonfire , Mr. Big and Danger Danger rocked!

  • HOLY CRAP, AT 1:20, THE SINGER IS WEARING THE PLAID, PAJAMA BOTTOMS, THAT MATCH THE PLAID TOP THE BASS PLAYER HAS ON. THAT'S USUALLY HOW I WAKE UP W/MY GIRLFRIEND. ME IN THE BOTTOMS, HER IN THE TOP!!! WHAT'S THE STORY HERE???

  • lol @ the animal muppet part

  • Takes me way back!

  • Good tunes. I used to listen to their debut cassette all of the time in school and more then once did some asshole prep grab my walkmen and toss the tape down flights of stairs. I earned lots of bruises and detentions listening to your tunes Trixter but ever cut was worth it!

I think I still have their performance on an old vhs tape from their '91 Mtv summer jam somewhere if so I'll post it up.

  • wearing headphones to protect ur ears while drumming NOT ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @skyroe2 lol, it's not to protect his ears... it's just a larger version of an in ear monitor system we have now a days...

  • what a bunch of fags.

  • @cdn20782

You must be one of the young punk queers who likes nigger music. Shame you were a stain on the bathroom wall when the real rock bands were around.

  • i loved trixter saw them in concert in portland miss them

  • 80's Rock LIVES!!! Thanks for a great post....

  • cool! thats great news.

  • wow i just went back 20 years thanks for posting

  • One that got lost in the crowd at the time but great nonetheless.

  • yeah! thats what i thought, are they still together?

  • @bluehappyscrap They got back together in 2008

  • damn i wish i could go back in a time machine those days were so great

  • Love Trixter they still rock!!!!

  • I don't know what crap browneyedgirl178 is listening to but as far as I'm concerned Trixter as well as Slaughter and Firehouse are some of the best bands to come out of the 80's metal scene. I had all 3 of there first albums on tape and listened to them over 200 times and still would today if I had a tape player. Maybe you should stick to listening to Justin Beber or GaGa music.

  • i miss really long hair

  • Wow I am all of a sudden going back to the good ole days, I love this band

  • listening to this music makes me feel like a straight person watching gay porn....i shouldnt be doing it.

  • is trixter from new jersey? im from n.j. also.

  • @bluehappyscrap Yup...Paramus, NJ!

Useless Trivia: The Guitar players dad was the vice principal of Paramus High School! Sadly...he knew my name all too well ;)

  • @bluehappyscrap yes they are,,,it was paramus

  • I have totally forgotten this song.. and this band, I'm only 30 years old and I have a 5 year old daughter, and she loves listening to "daddy's music" because "it just rocks"

  • 3:54 Cheesy moment for the camera! Otherwise, like the song and the band.

  • This song dedicated to the only woman that could ever put up with me! And I loved her so much but she's disappeared in time!! Haven't heard from her since like 1998 after I left to go into the ARMY!! Mandy Schultz from Richmond, KY!! Still love you even after all this time! sappy I know and maybe I'm a hopeless romantic but she was the one and haven't been able to find a woman since that made me feel like she did!! I Love You Mandy!!!

  • Thats Awesome!!!

  • And suddenly I'm 4 years old jamming out on my toy electric guitar again...

  • check out he band RA the bass player is the bass palyer for RA

  • @newyorkmetal Holy Shit! I Love RA I didn't know the bass player from Trixter played with RA!!!

  • dell4bg makes a good point ..lmmfao.

  • Don't remember this band..but the song rings a bell...probably because of all the partying we did then. graduated HS in 85..and it was non stop at the bar, corner, and the woods....miss it alot these days.

  • THEY HAD LOADS OF THROBBING SEX!

  • Great song and band, loved the 80's and 90's!!

  • the look of nirvana and the song of the glam metal, rare but good

  • I LOVE TRIXTER!!! KICK ASS BAND!!!!

  • awsome fuckn rockers

  • looking back at my cassette tapes i find this song

  • wow, instant flashback! I absolutely loved Trixter, still do. I could listen to their music over and over again. It always brings a smile to my face at all the memories that come flooding back :)

  • this song is truely one in a million

  • love this band and this song

  • GREAT BAND KIND OF MISS THEM

  • NICE!!!!!

  • This song ROCKS!! ROCK ON!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • one of my most fav hair bands in the 80's Loved them so much even named a dog after them when I was in junior high or high school. Miss these days sometimes. Listening to this music brings back so many memories its crazy. I miss this kind of music wish there were still bands like it

  • @hconar you named your dog "un-talented shitty wannabe's"??? weird.....

  • How are they now? Are they still rocking? I prefer Trixter than any other good rock/ metal band back in 90's.

  • you must be a retard how do you get racism out of this music you are looking to hard

  • @dell4bq I think you are the butt dart. Judas Priest..? Hello, ROB HALFORD IS GAY. It's all about feel good music. You're such a tard.

  • ONE IN A MILLION? Didn't Guns 'n' Roses have a song with same title?

  • @kimmallable Danger Danger definitely did. Don't recall GNR havin' one.

  • @Chayesh60 It's the last song on the album "Lies." It's pretty racist, though.

  • saw these guys in concert greenbay wisconsin, loved em then, still love em now, you go boys. love u still huggs, jb

  • they lack attitude and the name sucks.....the songs not bad anyway

  • I am raping the replay button : D

  • @SkidRow5134 That just sounds so wrong. :)

  • at least its not fkn rap which takes no talent at all

  • OMG...I totally forgot the Rock 'n Roll Heaven (Toronto) shirt in this vid! Loved that club :) Wow, I haven't seen this video in years. It was fun to watch it again and spend a little time remembering the 80's rock scene.

  • I love 80's hair metal! I wish my mother would have got it on just a tab bit faster than she did so I could have been alive for that shit. lol

  • I knew this wasn't the song I was thinking about. The song was the Tubes-She's a Beauty. Hated that pop crap in the 80's but this Trixster crap is utter crap even years later. At least the cheesy pop stuff had some redeeming qualities, the lame cheese hair metal sucked then and now. Real metal was and is better than this shit fest power ballad pussy crap

  • @dell4bq it's funny you say that being Metallica IN THE 80S and Pantera along with many other REAL METAL bands had these power ballads you call pussy crap- so go do your history.

  • @dell4bq Lets see I just saw Motley Crue, Poison and the New York Dolls (all from the 80's) Kix, Def Leppard (with Heart), and going to see Bon Jovi next month..... all 80's bands back again..... where is YOUR music at?????

  • @yankeeboy1046 let's see until Ronnie James Dio passed away Heaven and Hell was going strong. Sounding better than the 80s. Real music and without the cotton candy bullcrap. Let's see Judas Priest still out there making the big bucks selling out arena tours. The hair metal crap killed it for the real metal bands back then. Hearing this Trixster crap makes me cringe and back then I was playing guitar in a band myself and was laughing at this crap.

  • @dell4bq Don't you be dissing Trixter. They may not have been huge in the talent department, but they sure have some catchy tunes and is way better than the lame music of today. What do you consider to be "real metal??

  • @dell4bq its funny you say that hearing this trixter crap makes u cringe yet you are listening to it long enough to post such a lengthy comment. Seems to me you like the music and just dont want anyone to know about it. HMMMMMMMMM!

  • @yankeeboy1046 also if you're a dude that likes this you might wonder if you have a vagina instead of a pecker. Guys that listen to chick ballads are more than likely poofters. You should check into that and maybe come out of the closet.

  • @yankeeboy1046 I just saw Crue, Poison, and Dolls (Dolls suck by the way) in Indy. I've been to Rock on the Range multiple times. I'm going to Uproar Fest, Rage on the River in Ft Wayne, Indiana. I've seen everything from Zombie & 5FDP to Eagles to KISS to Alice Cooper to Nugent to Crue to Firehouse & Slaughter. You may not have liked Trixter and you are free to click elsewhere. What's your point here?

  • guess what i lived in the 80's and yes they were underrated...and sadly they came along right at the end of the hair band era...nirvana killed them...

  • Trixter From Nutley New Jresey

  • copycat bands like this one destroys rock music, low quality music and posers what a shame.

  • @thereinr2 This song does seem to follow a formula but have you listened to their other stuff? They were pretty good, especially for being so young

  • these days they don't make their on songs, this song might be the the next justin beber song.

  • this would go great right next to my Paula Abdul and Milli Vanilli albums!!

  • oh yeah and anybodyd have tabs for this song? i could figure out the main riff but the rest is kinda confusing

  • uh honestly these guys are one hit wonders

  • HEy !!! HAir METAL BANDS BACK!!! not in USA , please take a look to swedish new hair bands. CRASHDIET, RECKLESS LOVE, VAINS OF JEENA , CRAZY LIXX , LIPPSTIX N BULLETS ETC...

  • @S1LVERHELL Dont forget Miss Behavior!

  • The 80s rocked!

  • these guys werent even respected back then, they were the hoobastank of the 80's

  • Good band - nice voice of lead singer.

  • WHAT D FUCK IS D lady gaga BAR DOING ON TRIXTER VIDEO. X-p

  • I USED 2 SING THIS 2 MY HIGHSCHOOL EX WHEN I WAS A TEEN. XD \m/

  • Wish these hairbands would come back??? They HAVE come back. Their music is played all over now again........ and alot of these bands are on tour again. Not to worry folks......... awesome Rock is back!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • I wish hairbands would come back. I must have played this tape so many times. I miss these days!!!!

  • saw these guys with Warrant and Firehouse once, they are awesome live!

  • wore this tape out when I was a kid

  • I miss these days soo much such hot fuckin guys

  • that move at 1:32 done by steve brown. i think im gonna do that at my next gig hahaha

  • 0:00 <<= FREE REPLAY BUTTON

  • Amazing song it made me cry one time

  • how i wish the trixter will come to the philippines for one night concert....

  • These guys are from my area. PJ (the bass player) is in a cover band that still plays out in bars, I see him all the time. ha

  • Y'all dont even know, I clicked on this and damn near cried, not cause of the song or video. Because of the instant memories it drew. My room and all its posters, me and my friends, it all came back. I literraly havent heard this in almost twenty years, and I went back

  • @gta6331 Nothing like going back to the 80's is there? Great times!

  • @gta6331 Same here! Just found my autographed posters from them last week!

  • Too bad Grunge came and proved to be their undoing

  • @MerchantofTarshish Thank God for grunge

  • @BryanSMeyer U dumb grunge suckz...= /

  • I loved the 80's got to grow up in that era!! I am so lucky!!

  • too much drugs on the 90s

  • Finally.... REAL MUSIC....long live the 80s!.....more than 20yrs old and it is stuff better than the biggest hit last week.........btw what was the biggest hit last week? :P

  • This is a good song, but my favorite is "Give it to me good"

  • dont judge talent by the hair

  • Nothing says badass quite like 80's Hair Metal ;)

  • *sigh* hate hate hate vevo. They are ruining youtube.

  • I hope to be seeing them April 22 in Michigan, can't wait!

  • @TheJules2006 Where at in Michigan? I live in Michigan and would love to see them again.

  • @24SweetThing They're going to be at the Hayloft in Mt Clemens!

  • @TheJules2006 Thanks so much for the info. Mt. Clemens is only abt 15 minutes from me. I will definitely be there. Thanks again.

  • a lot of these songs would be hits again if rearranged into country songs.

  • Ahhhh love this band! cool bunch of guys too.

  • Thanks for the vid. One of my fav song.

  • I was a teenager when these bands were playing on MTV. That's when MTV was actually worth watching. Thank god for youtube!

  • @mistydykes1 Yeah, funny how MTV used to mean Music TeleVision, now it's a bunch of dumb ass shows and no music.

  • @mistydykes1 Amen to that

  • God bless the hairbands! I would blast this stuff back in 89 when I got my first car on cassette baby!

  • I miss AOR. This was a part of it back in 1990.

  • Awesome baby!!!!!

  • Their wardrobe is like a hybrid mix of grunge and hair metal. Maybe they could see the future? Hmm... If they sang "The Rooster" instead of "One in a Million" they'd probably still be revered.

But I digress. Heard this on the XM Hair Metal station and thought I'd look it up. Haven't heard these guys since they came out. I was in high school at the time and my girlfriend was infatuated with these guys.

  • Thanks to all this people on YT who makes me discover 80s bands that i didn't know yet.It was difficult in France in 80 to see those videos. We were a minority to love this kind of music and considered ourselves as special guys with leather jackets and tight jean.

I'm fed up with rap, half-naked girls pouting instead of singing and trash videos!

    Bring those guys back!!

    ( Scuse my english!!)

  • love this song. takes me right back to these days. when i would never miss the top 20 video countdown. me and my brother would fight bewteen him liking trixter and me likeing nelson. does anybody know if or where you can watch replays of the top 20 video countdown??

  • none of you wish you lived in the 80's.....because if you did you'd be like me ...stuck with listeneing to this new crap thats out there..no guitar solos and everyone weak at their positions in music...unlike our 80's bands!!

  • @THEBADSTERRULES i agree 100% todays music has no heart n hell u cant even tell the difference between rock rap hip hop n country anymore fuck all the trash talkers the 80s rock era will live forever

  • beautiful song!!!

  • I don't understand why so many talk shit about Trixter?! They have a lot of great songs and this is one of their best ones. If Trixter would be a new band now they would kick everyones ass! Way better music then any new rock group...

  • 80's and 90's metal..................a lost art!

  • GOING TO SCHOOL WITH THESE GUYS WAS A TRIP. IM GONNA BE THE FIRST TO SAY IT...THEY KNEW HOW TO HANDLE THERE FAME. THEY WERENT YOUR TYPICAL SELLOUT BAND. THEY DID LOTS OF GOOD FOR PARAMUS AND IM GLAD TO HAVE KNOWN THEM ESPECIALLY STEVE BROWN. HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND ALWAYS TOOK TIME OUT TO BS WITH YA OR WHATEVER. WOW...I STILL REMEMBER THERE EARLY SHOWS AT PARAMUS HIGH SCHOOL WHEN THEY WERE GETTING STARTED....DAMN..HOW TIME FLIES BY

  • another great 90s band from NEW JERSEY

  • @ScottLewisNJ Word!

  • The best song these guys ever did no doubt about it.It's also one of those songs you don't sick and tired of listening to either. This is one of those songs that you know it's a hit the moment you hear it.

  • I love this song! These guys are great

  • i thought they had a couple songs that were good?, fuck they suck hahaha

    no wonder there forgotton

  • Comment removed

  • It's too bad they shortened the solo for the video cause it kicks ass. The hair metal guitarists are the true guitar gods. They played with so much feel for the guitar. George Lynch, Jake E Lee, John Sykes, etc. and there were so many different styles of playing.

  • Oh Stephen Brown i used to have a crush on you

  • Ironic that the song is called "One in A Million" when songs like these were a dime a dozen.

  • I'm listening to Trixter, and Vevo is marketing to me Nicki Minaj ???? all the technology in the world and they can't be more relevant than this??

  • i love hairmetal long live awsome music all who wish music never chainged do thumbs up plz

  • Well that explains a hairdressers-crisis ;)

  • please come to my local casino

  • I rember they were all wearing flannel..and I started wearing flannel shirts and I thought it looked so cool lol

  • @crc673 You were cool BEFORE Seattle!!!!!! Rock ON!!

  • very nice all stars for you*****

  • Oh Wow back to memory lane ...I remember trading the first Trixter LP for the First Enuff Z Enuff album in High School!´-circa 1990

  • cool guyz!!!!

  • They rocked live.....kick ass song.....

  • WOW!!!!! saw theez guyzz open up 4 scorps in oakland ca. in like.....hey big hair meant alot to some of us,,,big hair 4ever...MDP

  • @mdpblitz the hair STILL means a lot! forever in the 80s!!

  • JESSY..WIFE MINE..I LOST YOU..REMEMEBER THIS SONG ?..HOW FORGET IT ¡¡¡ I MISS YOU ¡¡¡ FORGIVE ME SOMEDAY ¡¡¡

  • I met them when I was 14. Too bad I was underage...

  • What an anthem!!!!!Amazing sweet music!!!

  • good music, horrible pants.

  • Such an underrated band. This is my favorite song by them! Ugh, I wish I lived in the 80s =/

  • @IronJudasCrue41

They're underrated because back then you didn't have to sift through the garbage as much to find the pearl as today you'd have to. It was much easier to take for granted music that had soul, meaning, heart, and balls. It still existed.

  • @IronJudasCrue41 well, they probably would have had more success if they had debuted in 1987 or 88.

But thier first album was a big seller

  • @IronJudasCrue41 Why this came out 1990?

  • god love the 80s... look at all that hair!!! bahaha

  • To all the haters: I'd rather see bands like Ratt, LA Guns, Dokken(!!!), and Skid Row play state fairs ANY DAY than see Soundgarden, Nirvana, Mudhoney...wait...where are THOSE bands now? : P They didn't "kill" anything, the corporate media did. The same corporate media that dropped grunge as the "popular" thing far more quickly.
