@phylosifer Just curious. I notice you said " you just ordered one of these" Chandler RH-2's. From where, exactly, did you order the instrument? I know Chandler has a website, but I cannot get any response from them at all. All the other outlets that used to carry them all say " discontinued item" now.

Would you recommend this lap steel? I've been looking at the different ones available in this range, and the chandler seems like a great instrument.

I deffinitely would recomend it. I own an RH-2 and i gig it all the time. Its a great steel, especially for the beginner. plus they make em in the U.S.!
