Hey i'm a virgin mobile customer and i'm going with boost mobile i like the 50 dollar plan they have its so cool i can not wait to get it im getting the i425t that's the one im getting cant wait.
I have Boost Mobile, but if I wasn't already a customer, this video would not make me want to get Boost. And especially not the i415 the way you review it. You need to sell your item with your words and everything you say, and this video just doesn't do that. The i415 especially is an older Boost phone and while still a good one, it's pretty basic and most people won't be attracted to it. That's where a review would make it look appealing. You need to do that when reviewing. OK job though.
This is to all of you boost customers, I'm a care rep and just to get it clear that the $1 day chat plan takes a dollar EVERY FREAKIN DAY I don't know how many of you guys can't understand this. You guys drive me insane daily. How come none of you guys have computers with web access because let me tell ya that enrolling onto the 60 dollar plan is faster than doing from your crappy i425. Oh yea and STOP ASKING FOR CREDITS. It's not my fault that you guys can't pay for you PRE-PAID crap phone.
That was horrible. You did not give a actual review you just told us what services you get with Boost. Boost is going out of business really soon, it really will be next on the chopping block, and being replaced by sprint. How do I know this? I've worked for the company for two years. Call tones are garbage, they are 1.49 a month subscription fee- and if you cancel it you lose every call tone you bought. Plus each individual tone 2.99 at least. Boost is horrible
Boost is horrible about not keeping information re: re-boosting from a credit card & they close your account causing you to loose all the minutes you have saved. They did absolutely nothing 2 fix the error. That's just WRONG! After loosing money for the second time, I decided to quit them. Use the phone cards,keep receipts & records to protect yourself. Don't use your credit card as you will have no proof of payment & they can rip you off like they did me.
I wish they cared enough about their customers to offer a confirmation number when you pay them via credit card. At least then a person could prove they actually did add more money within the required time period.!!! Good Luck.
