As stated below it has happened, but I have no idea why. The chefs only have to get ONE serving of each dish completed in the hour. And most chefs make 7+ dishes in order to have some as "throwaways".
And scallops cook nearly instantly, can't imagine how that poor chef blew it!

I was wondering, there was a battle in which the challenger did not finish his 5 dishes. Any help anyone? I would like to see that battle. :)

i just watched this episode and saw all five dishes from each chef discussed by judges. start at 3 and go to 5
