I am a big fan of DM, and listen to just about everything they've put out. This is a competent cover of the track, so I'm not getting why there are DM apologists on here bashing Dope for having the audacity to cover a DM song. Get over yourselves, folks. If you don't like it, that still doesn't give you the right to project your dislike here.

Sad to say it, but this cover is a tragedy. By changing pronouns midway through the song, Dope has changed the very meaning of the song.

In the original, a man is being prejudiced against, and wishes to know why he should be hated for simply being different.

Here, narration seems to shift to the aggressor, who is apparently trying to cause the other man to hate the new narrator's race.

By changng 'creeds' to 'breeds', it goes from including things such as homosexuality to being just racism.

ive heard the original, ive heard the one bye APC, and i have heard this one. i find all to convey the same general meaning and be great songs, a cover is a way to convey a song with how you think it should be without changing the original artist intent, and this is a perfect example, i rate this one and the original about even.
