Licensing issues are the reason why games like this never made it to the US. Series like Gundam X, Turn A Gundam, Gundam ZZ, and Victory Gundam aren't licensed in the US, so not a lot of people will know about them. If you want the game, just import it.

The problem is with the US licensing company, not the Japan licensing. And even if they got the licensing, it is still a niche game for a niche market. The market for Gundam or any other mecha anime or game are very small here in the US.

ZZ Gundam has appear in Gundam Battle Assault before it has appear in Gundam Musou. Turn A first US appearance is in Gundam Musou. Now, while that is true, but does the people who play the game actually know the stories behind the mech? Sure, some do, but what about the rest who only watch SEED and SEED Destiny and doesn't even know what the UC series are?

I know that the G-Gen series are the perfect way to introduce the other Gundam series. But still, there isn't a lot of people that is going to buy the game. Same with the SRT/SRW series. Which then leads back to the licensing issues. In Japan, several series are license to one company, while in the US one series might be license to many different companies. See the problem there. And on a side note, I don't like SEED or SEED Destiny either.

Try Double X docked with the G-Falcon and allied with a bunch of G-Bits and all of them are using Satellite Cannons. That's overkill...and an attack in one of the SRWs (J?). Also, Turn A works better, since it could disable all the Gundams on Earth...but at the same time do the same to the rest of technology...

I might recomend you actualy watch Turn A Gundam before making such claims, as a forcefield is used to protect the Soriel from the Moonlight Butterfly and effectively nips the phenomena in the bud before it can do significant damage over a long distance.

well G Gundam is something between Real and a Super Robot. Seed Destiny isn't a good series with poor story,overpowered MSs,weak grunt units and too much unneeded recap episodes. The Best series has to be Turn A in terms of storyline and the best movie to be Char's Counterattack due to the awesome closure of a great rivalry
