@Hooberable i make my own vids hes just used a statesman model and changed what was a hellion into statesman its pretty easy to do. Everything is broken down into codes when you use demorecord while in game he just looks up were that hellion is and changes it to the code to make him look like statesman
Statesman wouldn't just calmly sit next to a freaking Hellion!
all they probably did was replace the model for the blood brother sitting next to him with the model for Statesman, and he dies so fast because he still had the level and stats of the Hellion, and this guy's toon is probably high enough to one-hit Hellions!
May not be true.. How the fuck should they be able to make Statesman there?! They would have to enter the city of heroes database and fuck things up, and if that would happen Paragon would close down the servers faster than u can say A!!

Statesman is not a player, when CoH just got created Statesman (not sure if Recluse) wandeted around the servers and yeah checked them.
