Hi Sir, love your recipes..There are various recipes for a basic upma and out of all i liked this one very much. Can i use semolina instead of bread ? Awaiting for your reply. Thanks a lot..
One of the most important qualities that a cook needs to have is love and passion when he/she cooks, the food that we eat reflects the cook's state of mind when we eat. This man cooks the food with a great flair. He has very good communication skill, which makes it all the more interesting, be it Hindi or English. I love the veggie dish items that this Sardar cooks!!! Fast. Easy & Simple. Wow Sokhiji!!! Thanks Sury
Your request has been noted down and shall soon be worked on. Till then you can try the recipes of 'chilli garlic idlis' and ''idli chilli fry' from our website.

Chef, I had a curry at a restaurant here in Manchester and I think it was called a Poodna. It was a dark brown and really spicy curry with lots of mint. Have you heard of it? Could you show us how to make it some day if so? The flavour reminded me of a English lamb sunday dinner but with all these amazing Indian spices. It was excellent.
hello there Chef Harpal Singh. Im having trouble with the split black gram (urad dhal) as it is hard to find here in Malaysia... is there any substitute for this.. and the mustard seeds... its hard to find and i see u use it in many of your cooking.. what should i do? any substitute for it too?
I just had to post this recipe on my channel page! It looks soooo good! Thanks again for the awesome recipe and I will try it as soon as you let me know if I can use it with my homemade bread. It should be okay...right?
Great recipe once again Uncle and I will give this a try for my family. We always have bread that gets a bit stale, but will this work with homemade bread because I bake bread every day for my family? Thanks again for a wonderful recipe.
I love the passion you put forward in these videos! Great and easy recipe, thank you for sharing :)
