  • What, then, shall we say in response to these things song? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? (Romans 8:31, 32 NIV)

  • Gloria a Dios :)

  • This was a copy and paste btw. So forward it to other channels. I forgot to add that

  • To all out there, please help me. Do not judge me for i was young when this happened. When i was ten i began masterbating, and letting my dog lick there. It felt good. But i learnered hat it was pulling me about from our savior. I went to my doctor recently and he told me i have a chance of getting a yeast infection. To all, please pray for me :)

  • You're all missing the point. You're like those who wanted to circumcise new Christians. We died to the old law, trying to obey it will only bring death. Look to Christ first then let him change you, it's the only way. Only then can you look at yourself and ask for change. Sexual sin is not the worst sin, but people are so damn obsessed by it. With regards to masturbation, the act itself is not wrong but everything that goes with it is. You're a fool to try and masturbate with a blank mind.

  • How deep is His love for us!! Amen, what a blessing! Where would I be without His sacrifice??

  • ♥ How Beautiful, The Glory of our God is so incredible:) God Bless you all

  • i love this song! :) all the glory to God!

  • I accepted Christ into my life today. I told 700 kids I didn't know. I have never seen my brother so happy to be one of those 700 kids. I have never seen guys and girls I almost never talk to cry. I'm happy to say I did. I'm sixteen years old. My younglife group at my school saved my life. <3

  • one year since i gave my life to Christ <3

  • @jes381990 mm..masturbation is a sin..masturbation is a product of lust..

it was explained to us by the missionaries in our school

  • @TheViolet888 Masturbation does not have to be accompanied by lust. A natural bodily function such as a discharge of semen is not a sin unless it is accompanied by mental fantasy or pornography. With all due respect, those missionaries have it wrong. If masturbation itself was sin, then it would be mentioned in the Bible. I'm pretty sure masturbation existed in Biblical times, so i doubt it just slipped the authors' minds.

  • this is amazing sooonnngg LOVE it BECAUSE GODS amazing

  • Anyone know where I can download 'Orbit'? It seems to have been wiped off the net. Can't find it anywhere anymore.

  • Hi thanks for the lovely songs, I would like to see and here the song "Worthy is the lamb" please! God bless!

  • This song always brings me close to tears. How can I ever thank You Lord? You brought me into this world, and I will continue to praise Your holy name for the rest of my life! I'm so blessed to have learned this song on guitar so I can sing and praise You and all Your saints in Heaven. God is awesome!!!! May nothing get in our way of singing praise to Our Savior!!! I -3 Jesus!!!!

  • i did this song as a duet with my momm for easter couple years ago for our church the pastor played guitar as back up

  • i did this song as a duet with my momm for easter couple years ago for our church

  • I will get a hot girlfriend. I will get good grades. I will be worthy of the woman God gives me I will be a winner in life.

Ive always been a loser, but now from the depth of my heart I want to change.

Because what is the point of life if your a loser. All it has brought me is saddness and depression.

  • @Vincenthusky

My question is this. Do you know Jesus as your saviour? Trying to live a better life without him in your life is like trying to lift yourself off the ground against gravity. Gravity always wins. Sin always wins, unless we have new life in Jesus. In the bible it says, "All have sinned & come short of the glory of God." It also says, "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus..." Confess to Jesus, make him your God. live with him in your life.

  • @Ruth27361 if only it eas so easy

  • @Ruth27361 If masturbation is a sin...hope to meet you all in the hell !.

  • @TheLTTEbuster I really don't think it is a sin. Lust is, but masturbation is never mentioned in the Bible. I really don't think it just slipped their minds.

  • @jes381990 well it says don't spill your seed.. and when you masturbate ur spilling ur seed soooo yeah

  • @draco4813531415 I assume that is in the Old Testament law?

  • @jes381990 masturbation is considered a sexual immorality and that's mentioned multiple times in the new testament

  • @draco4813531415 Please show me in the Bible where it is listed as a sexual immorality.

  • @jes381990 so... your having a hard time believing that sexually pleasuring yourself instead of your spouse... is sexually moral? i was saying sexual immorality is mentioned many times so obviously that's wrong and I don't see how you can think that masturbation is moral

  • @draco4813531415 There is an article from Lust Free Living, written by a man I personally know and highly respect. Perhaps it will help everyone understand where I am coming from. Go to the Lust Free Living website, and look for the article called "Is Masturbation a Sin or Not?" by Lowell Seashore.

  • @Vincenthusky Friend, you are not a loser. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. That doesn't make you a loser. God bless you for wanting change. He's calling you through His grace and mercy to make a change. You will in His right time find the perfect woman. As long as you keep your focus on Him, you will always win. Bless you, Friend. :-)

  • i cried because im lonely and depressed but I feel a lot better knowning in the end everything in this messed up world will be set right.

  • @Vincenthusky Seek the face of Jesus friend :)

  • I start to tear up when I hear this song. It's amazing all that Christ has done for us and at times it's painful thinking that we hear our own mocking voices among the crowds. But Christ forgives and will forgive us every time we call out in prayer. Even when we turn from him and start living for the world he loves us and accepts up back just like that. God is good!

  • @DragonMaster56356 God is soooo God. Thank you for your comment, really helps me put things in perspective. God bless you :)

  • yes your sins and mine nailed our saviour to the cross but without his love and mercy

    we are surely lost.

  • Happy Father's day!!!!! Father of all!!!

  • Great song! Jesus said, It is finished (John 19:30).

  • wow, incredible song!! Praise the Lord God, we give you thanks Father in the name of Jesus Christ your Son!

  • How deep? Deep enough to bury the sins of his own, in eternity. Thank you Lord, deep in mercy, deeper in love, deeper in grace.

  • Simply amazing... how underful is our Saviour...

I'lll boast in JESUS CHRIST - in His death and resurrection!

Hi wonds have payed my ransom!

  • This past weekend was my sister's wedding. This song was played when she and her husband did their Sand Ceremony, showing they are now one flesh. It's hard not having her here, but i didn't loose her - i gained a brother. Hearing this song during it just brought me to tears of JOY - My sister and my new brother are starting a new life together... but THRU God, the perfect love. HIS love NEVER fails.

  • this is beautiful.

  • 'ashamed i hear my mocking voice, call out among the scoffers' ;' (

  • @icu4uraqt Oh that cut me up when I sang this for the first time today. It's sad how I always hated those that sent him to die, that laughed and jeered while he hung there, how could they not realise what they were doing?! Killing the innocent Jesus Christ, God in human form. But it was me that put him there. It was me that scoffed. It was me that didn't realise what I was doing. God bless.

  • i love this song,it makes me cry...God Bless You...

  • Fabulous version of this great song

  • Great song. One on which to meditate until it soaks into the soul. Thanks for the beautiful picture & giving us the lyrics. Looking forward to more videos. Thanks

  • I cry because this song is so heartfelt. I know it was yesterday but Happy Easter everyone =) He is risen!

  • This version of this song always brings me close to tears, it seems more personal than the original, thank you Jesus for taking away all our sins and dying on the cross for us.

  • @willnealy and this version is more heartfelt.

  • This is a beautiful song. Just absolutely beautiful. It makes me cry.

  • def. one of the most beautiful songs i have heard in a very long time! i love it

  • Isnt it sad, that although the bible says deep calls to deep, yet all to soon we fail to respond to the deep love of God with a deep love. Alas, how weak and needy we are of his grace. But blessed be to his name that he now accepts the yearnings of our heart to love him more than we do, and will one day give us full grace to love him according to the measure of his love. O may that day come quick, that our heart will overflow with love vast as the ocean for the savior and God who has loved us.

  • Love this song. Beautiful singing voice (and it's in my range)

  • Your wound O Lord has paid my Price!

  • Beautiful singing voice. Great worship song - it is sometimes hard for people to realise how an event that happened a couple of thousand years ago can have an impact upon their lives today - But every led to what Jesus did on the cross and everything changed after that moment. Simply by gratefully accepting that loving sacrifice made for you - life can change completely from the moment you say - "Jesus I choose to follow you and accept your gift to me.

  • So, so beautiful! Jesus' name be lifted up for saving a sinner like me!

  • owl city:)

  • "That HE should give HIS ONLY SON to make a WRETCH His TREASURE" <3

  • @LATiNAMAMi369 I usually sing it, "To make THIS wretch His treasure".

  • “But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” Galatians 6:14, KJV.

“To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.” Psalms 30:12, KJV.

  • Why should I gain from his reward? I cannot give an answer... This is such a beautiful song.

  • i'm blessed with this song... God thank you for the love!!!

  • Praise God.

  • wow how great love of the father god for us that they give to us...

  • this song gives me something to hold on to..as i start the new year

  • LOVE IT =] I HAVE IT ON MY IPOD.=)

  • If you ever want to play this for worship it is in 5\4 time signature.. it took us about 10 mins. to figure that out the other day, beautiful song!

  • Thank you for posting.

  • "This I know with all my heart, His wounds have paid my ransom"

Just a few texts that came to mind as I listened. How can we not return hat love?

    Romans 5:8 Deuteronomy 5:29 Isaiah 53:4,5 Deuteronomy 6:5,6 Jeremiah 31:3 John 14:15 1 John 4:8 Hebrews 8:10-13 John 3:16,17 Ezekiel 33:11

  • It is amazing how even though He knew we would sin again and again, He still died so we will have that chance. That EVERY TIME we sin He takes us back right away, when we come to him. He died for the people that mock Him, that don't believe, that hate Him. He does not discriminate, He is not biased, He accepts everyone. I love my God. Because He first loved me. In all my filth and sin. He wants me back.

  • @AntonielRoca Sooo true!!!!! no matter how many times we mess up he ALWAYS wants us back!!!!!

  • @AntonielRoca Just like we forgive our children, over and over.. unconditional love! <3

  • @zytigon And who are you to judge God? Perhaps sin is a greater wrong against God than you can imagine. A wrong that NEEDS paying for, I mean GOD HIMSELF had to die in order for us to not have to pay for it ourselves, how great a debt it must be. A good God has to punish sin, because the exact fair punishment for sin is hell. No one talked more of hell than Jesus, so it comes from a worthy source. Just remember that you cannot cherry pick from the Bible what you like to hear always, God bless.

  • @BENebuchadnezzar I judge the ideas of 1st & 2nd century people who wrote the N.T. If old Writ is mistaken then everything will turn out fine and everyone will rest in peace. Would you send a fellow human to everlasting suffering? St Peter was told to forgive that he be forgiven Matt16 & Matt18 Peter would exclude himself if he damned others. O.T. writers only thought of Sheaol= annihilation. Hades comes from Greeks, it breaks Geneva convention on human rights. Torture=bad

  • @zytigon Our sins must be punished, that much we are in agreement of. Jesus's sacrifice is there for all who would believe, it's not forced upon people who reject it. If you remove this then all that is written must be held unreliable, untrustworthy and useless. You can't just believe what you want, there's no basis for what you say apart from your fantasies. Yes torture is wrong but just punishment is right. A murderer goes to prison, other crimes warrant a fine etc.

  • @BENebuchadnezzar I think you'll find in reality everyone does just pick the bits out the Bible that suits them, which is sensible. The Golden Rule, Matt 7v12 & Matt 5v43 & 1 Cor 13v13 & don't call people names Matt5v22 is the candle in the darkness of the Bible. What are the angels doing? Singing in heaven when they could be down here preventing crime? Would you send your neighbour to an eternal torture? or yourself? Well you condemn yourself if you do.

  • @zytigon No, in reality I believe everything the Bible says as does everyone who holds the Bible to be infallible. People may interpret it slightly differently but that is not the same as refusing to believe some of it because you cannot understand it. I mean, do you honestly think you have the brains to comprehend everything it has to say? It's like trying to comprehend infinity, you just can't do it. As for the angels, you are off track as to what God's main goal is here...

  • @zytigon ... this world is fallen, what's the point in masking the symptoms, i.e. preventing crime, when every person alive is riddled with a deep black evil that comes from our hearts, and is so bad death literally was caused by it. Crime is bad, but you're underestimating the sheer scale of the battle! This is the be all and end all of existence as we know it, everything God does is to bring us back to him, to create a new creation, the 8th day, the start of a new week. Perfection again.

  • amazing!

  • love this song

  • we played an awsome version of this at church today......praise the lord

  • "His woun payed my ransom..."

He paid the ransom that He did not owe with the price that I could not afford. And yet "why should I gain..."

Can we afford to let the message of the cross go untold during this time of year when it was made clear to the earlier church that Grace Alone, Faith Alone, God Alone, Scripture Alone, and Christ Alone is the thesis for Salvation.

  • . AMEN !

  • It was His love that held Him there as well. He could have called a legion of angels to free him from the cltches of his torturers, but He did not. This was what He came to do, in order to redeem us back from Satan's kingdom into His sweet sweet love and embrace.

And we shall reign with Him, how wonderful, in His everlasting kingdom. Thank you Lord of Glory, Amen!

  • sometimes there are just no words fitting enough to describe the glory of our Savior Jesus Christ. His other worldy love for us is something that i might never comprehend in my limited human mind, but i welcome it whole heartedly, all the same.

  • @cococahoo

Amen! He is Wonderful, just like His name!

  • Really makes me feel wretched to know my sins put'm there... and it's true I have no answer as to why he died for us, for we don't deserve it.... I just praise God that he did and is thankful for what he does with me.

  • this is the best song ive ever hed in my live just love it

  • i dont have enough faith to be an atheist. to believe that nothing created those oceans ? those stars ? those glaxies ! like God didnt have to but like when we look at it its like a wake up call to me from God like hello ? look how big an awesome i am ! WOW God is AMAZING !

  • beautiful song. I love the words of this song. I pray that God may purify our hearts that He should be our only joy - "There is a joy which is not given to the ungodly, but to those who love Thee for Thine own sake, whose joy Thou Thyself art. And this is the happy life, to rejoice to Thee, of Thee, for Thee; This is it, and there is no other." St. Augustine

Where would we be without the cross???? Thankfully, that's a question we'll never have to ask ourselves once we've been born again into the family of God! No man can pluck us out of His hand, what an incomprehensible love, what a comforting thought.

  • Very nice ! This helped and Encouraged me! God bless ! Have a peaceful day !

  • just to clear things up , he rose on Easter sunday.

    and was crucifixed on friday.

so , what is pagan about it?

  • He did not rise on the christian Easter Sunday because the holiday didn't even exist until 325 AD. The First Council of Nicaea established the date of easter as the first Sunday after the Full Moon following the Vernal Equinox.

Pagans used to celebrate EASTR-E (or Ostre) centuries before to welcome Spring Time. Many early christians were persecuted for partaking in such celebrations.

  • This is an amazing song

  • The Ankh cross appears frequently in Egyptian tomb paintings and other art, often at the fingertips of a god or goddess in images that represent the deities of the afterlife conferring the gift of life on the dead person's mummy; this is thought to symbolize the act of conception.

Additionally, an Ankh was often carried by Egyptians as an amulet, either alone, or in connection with two other hieroglyphs that mean "strength" and "health".

  • actually, no one knows what the Ankh symbolizes. some have suggested it is a sandal strap, a knot associated with the cult of Isis, a sylized Nile river, a solar symbol, and many other things. it certainly does not represent a Roman instrument of torture and execution, on which Christ was crucified.

  • Symbols shouldn't be worshipped - regardless. The christian cross doesn't represent just a torture of death (which it is), but much, much more to christians. To strap it around one's neck shows belief in an omniscient "god", a "son", a physical resurrection, being "saved" eternally, and the "second coming" - among other things.

The cult of Christ has early roots in sun worship and growing worldwide. It's almost unfathomable. Jesus preached AGAINST temples/churches and the worship of symbols.

  • actually, that is not true at all. if you read the writings of the early Chruch Fathers (70-400 A.D.) you will see not a gradual influx of pagan ideas, but the same ideas from day one, not based on myth, but on eye-witness account.

Christianity has nothing to do with sun worship. it has everything to do with a Man believed to be Messiah, His crucifixion and witnessed resurrection, and the Jewish prophecies He fulfilled.

  • "And he brought me into the inner court of the house of the LORD; and behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men, with their backs to the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east, worshiping the sun toward the east." (Ezekiel 8:16)

In this scripture, it is not just the common people but the very priests themselves who are engaging in sun worship. [c.586 BCE]

  • actually if you read the context of the passage, the worship described is apostatic, and heretical, not the usual worship of the Hebrews. the LORD showed Ezekiel this as an example of the wickedness and waywardness of the Hebrews, not as a model of what they should have been doing or were initially instructed to do. the priets also offerd sacrifices to idols, due to the influence of their pagan neighbors, not because this is what Hebraic Temple worship was meant to be.

  • LAST CHAPTER IN OLD TESTAMENT:

"For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in his wings..." (Mal 4:1-2)

  • "sun of righteousness" is a refernce to God's power to save. and also a reference to Messiah, because this Sun is called "He". obviously God created the sun, but many symbols like gate, door, vine, branch, and shepherd are used to describe the Lord Jesus, in the OT and the NT. just as the sun has power and light, the Son of Man (Jesus) will have power, be the light of the world, and heal people.

  • "For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

For the LORD God is a sun and shield..."

    (Psalm 84:11)

This is what your Scripture says - not my personal interpretations.

  • He is both. obviously He is not the sun or a shield, as the sun is a part of His creation, and a shield is something made by men. yet what you have here is a comparison. just as Christ calls Himself the True Vine, and does not mean that he is a leafy plant, so the Father is called a sun. why? well, just as the vine gives life to the branches (as Christ gives spiritual life to believers) so the Father, like the sun, is bright, wonderful, and life-giving.

  • Another Christian authority who compares this "glory of the sun" to that of Christ is Church father Archelaus (c. 277), who in The Acts of the Disputation with the Heresiarch Manes refers to "the true Sun, who is our Saviour." (Archelaus, 63)

The contention of Christian sun worshipping not only emerged early in Christian history but also lingered well into the fifth century, as St. Augustine was compelled to address it as well, in his "Tractate on the Gospel of John" (XXXIV, 2).

  • also, in hebrew sun is "shams" whereas son is "ben" or "bar". they sound nothing alike. the earliest Christians used not only the sun but also fountains, shepherds, a lamb, a peacock, and other symbols to represent Christ. but it was the Man and God to whom those symbols pointed, not the objects represented by those illustrations, who was worshipped, and prayed to.

  • Augustine states sun-worshipping was denounced by the Holy Church from the beginning. When "the beginning" occurred depends on when we perceive the "Holy Church" to have been created - was it the end of 2nd century, with the formal establishment of the Catholic Church, or was it when Christ allegedly walked the earth? Augustine's discussion confirms the notion of Christ as the actual, physical sun was widely held, evidenced by the Church father's need to denounce the claim in no uncertain terms.

  • check out the history of Christinity in the first few centuries. look into the histories of the Oriental Orthodox and Eastern Orthodox churches. it was never believed in any orthodox, apsotolic context that Christ Jesus is the same as the sun in the sky. sun symbolism is common, and so is vine symbolism, shepherd symbolism, and lamb symbolism. many mistook these symbols and names for Christ as solar or animal worship, but these were mistakes from outsiders that needed to be addressed.

  • Despite his own protestations, in On the Resurrection of the Flesh (XLIX), Tertullian referred to Paul's comments at 1 Cor. 15:21 and compared the "glory of the sun" to that of Christ:

In like manner does he take examples from the heavenly bodies: "There is one glory of the sun" (that is, of Christ), "and another glory of the moon" (that is, of the Church), "and another glory of the stars" (in other words, of the seed of Abraham).

  • of course. it's not uncommon to comapre the glory of God to that of the sun. just as the sun rises from darkness, so the Son of God rose from the dead one Sunday morning. it's using a natural phenomenon or object to describe or illustrate an historical occurance. or, in the other case, using natural creation (like the difference betweeb the heavenly bodies) to show how the bodies of created things and heavenly beings differ.

  • "Notwithstanding its superficial rejection of everything pagan, early Christianity was deeply indebted to ancient Egypt. In particular, the lively picture of the ancient Egyptian afterlife left traces in Christian texts; thus, among the Copts, and later in Islam, we encounter a fiery hell quite like that of the Egyptians....."

    (con't in next reply)

  • "The descensus [descent] of Jesus, which played no role in the early church, was adopted into the official Credo after 359, thanks to apocryphal legends that again involved Egypt. Christ be
