  • This is the version we're doing at my HS. Good piece (:

  • Whew...too much knee bouncing, conductor!!!! Spread vowels too....darken the sound, they'll sound more mature and vowels will line up = more in tune

  • @jregistermusic I have to agree with this. Despite having never heard the arrangement before, I think it would benefit from clearer, purer vowels, which will make it sound more mature. It would also help if you sang more on the vowels, there are a lot of injudicious consonants.

  • This is the best version of Set Me as a Seal I've ever heard! I love Jesus.

  • Wonderful song. First learned it under tutelage of Weston Noble at a summer festival with 300 singers. LIFE CHANGING! The piece, the singers, GOD, and God's work through the wonderful musician Weston Noble.

I know opinions differ, but to me, many performances in gyms are rather Cathedralesqe - if the choir(s) are large enough to generously fill the space and the audience is polite and respectful.

  • I've not heard this song before. I like it. Thanks.

  • i just love this song but our saprano part was way different

  • I love it when the boys sing in this. Niether can not drown it. I like the acapella. And the piano is really pretty. It's a sad song though. Were singing this in choir:)
