  • I find very timely and useful to be reminded of the importance of getting (back) in touch with my embodiment, and I'll try the centering exercise tomorrow. Many thanks.

  • Thanks for your comment - I agree with you regarding the importance of respect. Where I differ is that I have seen that many leaders are stuck in embodied habits which they can not get put of with thinking alone - if they could have they would have, I work with smart people yet this is not enough.

  • My experience is that you have to respect yourself, if you want to get respected by others. A thing that have helped me a lot is how I consider myself successful or not. When you stop worrying about the things you don't have, begin to care about the people around you, and start to live in the moment, then you are on your way to become a leader. All the things with body posture and breath then comes naturally, because you're relaxed about yourself, and know what you are fighting for.
