Thank you for this. My blood pressure suddenly went high a couple of weeks ago and I am using your video daily. I have done EFT for years and can do it on my own but it is nice to have a specific script to follow.

Prior to watching you video, my blood pressure was 150/90. After doing the exercise with you on YouTube my blood pressure dropped down to 132/81. You have a healing voice and a healing manner about you. I am going to subscribe to your channel.

Im writing with unbelief...this actually worked! this mroning, I had 2 readings that were high...151/92 ..after doing the EFT 2x...it went to 126/82...this is crazy awesome! WOW!
