Got there at 10:40am, a bit late to recieve the golden ticket (lol). That kinda pissed me off especially because you couldn't hear anything on the streets. They could have at least provided some good speakers so everyone can hear him but that wasn't the case. It was a great experience and I truely believe that he's got Detroit on his side.

I got down there at 530 AM, was towards the front of the line. some guy made it miserable during the speech though... he insisted in pushing me into the people infront of me with his gut covered in sweat, then proceeding to lean over taking up 5 times the space required to stand there pressing his sweaty head into my shirt. I changed right when I got home. :)

I came around 8.30 and was looking at that line to get in im like yea right.. so waited and waited by the big screen =] people everywheree!! i cant even vote im 16, was it worth waiting hmmm still is :]

Got down at 8:30 and just missed getting into Hart Plaza. But still was able to hear the speech. Obama/Biden '08

i had a yellow vip ticket but i passed out because of the heat and his speach was so short and everyone was chanting we cant hear

I got there at 6:30am and was at the front of the back gates. Folks who were in front had "yellow" VIP tickets...mostly labor folks...I would stand out there another 5 hours to see him speak for 10 minutes. Awesome!!!
