as far as i can remember during my younger days when i watched this vid since the day it came up on sesame street. it's very amusing especially the part when the little girl dipped her foot on the tub of cold water and watching the reaction on her face. it's still vivid in my memory.
Hey, does anyone remember a sesame street vid and song from the 70's that went "one foot two foot what'cha gonna do foot?" If so, what was it called and does anyone have the vidoeo?
Hahaha! I watched this vid when I was young. Until now the line "c'mon cat, say meow" tickles me. I also love the popping sound of the kid's feet while sneaking, and the squeaking of the foot while picking the sock. Ahhh... the memories.
This one had my sister and I ROTFL as little kids! There's so much quirk about it: The sound effects, little details like the the random piece of string lying across on foot, and the band-aid around one of the gorilla's toes.
I have no recollection of a later version of this skit. Thank goodness--they ruined "Everybody Eats" that way.
Even as a young child watching this on Sesame Street, there was something about this video that made me fantasize... hmm.. It's been a long time but I still love this!
Oh happy days - this is where my love of feet and toes began! I loved the music especially - it suited the playful antics perfectly. I could be just my imagaination but there was a later version of this sketch on Sesame Street around the early 1980's. It featured more toes and maybe an extra scene or two. I vaguely remembered it as a child. If it does exist out there, it would be great if anyone could upload a version of it.
Thats awesome I remember that skit - surely someone can do a remake of this with some pretty adult feet how about you snoopygirl68! sure are very useful
I love this sketch! Me and my sister used that line " C'mon cat, say meow" for years. Good to see it again. . Also, love the guys face when the kid sneaks up on him.
Holy God, I haven't seen this clip in over thirty years and every line and sound effect came straight back instantly. This is hilarious. Thank you for posting this... you may now have my firstborn.
Boy raposofan.....you must REALLY like this one! LOL. I also remember this one but had not thought about it since I last saw it in the mid 70's! Gee....how often do I say that? lol
God M, this may be my favorite letter skit EVER. I do I do I do I LOVE this commercial. The sound effects... "come on cat, say meow", the scared dad in the chair, the shrieking giggly feet tickling each other, the little girl going "ooooeew!", and "a goreeela?!" But mostly it's the music, the best CTW ever featured that wasn't Raposo!

If all females are featured in this segment , men would play with all the women's little toes using their fingers.

Does anyone remember a sketch with a capital T travelling through a tunnel? Does anyone have that one?

Norah Jones has a song called "Toes". Song goes "my toes just touched the water, my toes just touched the water." Album: "Feels Like Home"

I wonder who's narrating. Fernando Escandon?

Come to think of it, do you think those gorilla feet are from Jim Boyd's "Paul" costume from "The Electric Company?"
