equality does not come about by granting "rights" to services. The bill of rights limits govt action. guaranteeing a service increases govt action. The bill of rights and the patient's bill of rights, for example, are antithetical. equality is a product of freedom, not law. freedom is only maintained by a lack of govt interference. "economic equality" can be maintained by law, but such "equality" demands that the population be dominated by the few in perpetual servitude. that is not freedom.
