wow great thanks. any ideas on a costume? from the pics I can find, he went nude with a guitar covering the crotch - not too appropriate for what I'm doing. My mum has a white jumpsuit I could wear, but other ideas are welcome.

This IS Aladdin Sane, it was a new character of Bowie. But it's sometimes seen as an 'evolution' of Ziggy Stardust.

Bowie himself saw Alladin Sane as 'Ziggy goes to America'. But however, this IS Aladdin Sane, though it's still Ziggy in a way.

yaayy! now i just have to figure out what to do with my hair. it's a little below my shoulders so i was just hoping to make the best of what i've got. the makeup looks awesome. did you use cheap drugstore stuff or expensive stuff?

Just tie most of it up in a quiff and let a few bits hang down at the black and maybe flick them up and out with a hair straightener. And use LOTS of hair spray! It was all cheap stuff! I don't think it matters what you use though as long as they're nice colours! :)
