Nice house. Have to agree about sawdust smell, I took woodwork for a couple of years back in highschool and used to love the smell of the rooms.
Using the garage as a wood working area is something I'd like to do, ours is basically just a storage area for junk at the moment. My family are hoarders sometimes lol
You definitely should. I'm so used to the space being used for something that I can't imagine only having cars and bikes and other storage in it. And if you're interested in it all the more reason!
@merbear19 I often see houses like this in movies and i really like their style. I'm from Europe, so the interiors of the houses are a bit different here :P
