  • I only sweep our stalls when I strip them. Most of the stalls have dirt floors though so you cant really sweep that. lol

    shovel and brush and clean the hole stable and then put my horse in the field is tht ok

  • I'd usually have my horses bedding deeper than that, but I suppose it could be personal preference.

  • But it was a very nice barn. I never thought about sweeping the shavings back. Thats a good idea.

  • Good demonstration.  Do you keep all your stalls that shallow? You want to keep atleast 4-6 inches of shavings in the stall..
