  • Its a great feeling when you get the the degree you can do this type of exercise. Any negative comments only come by those who have never been to this point. It's an awesome feeling when you feel as though you have that much control over your body. If you haven't been there, you need to find out. )

  • this is most kick-ass ab excercise EVER! do these with some mountain climbers and forget the six-pack, you got a twelve pack!

    Every exercise can potentially be dangerous. But it's a free video, so if some gets hurt, legally it's not an issue. No one got hurt yet though, and very likely no one will.
