@nralan a mini tornado is just like a tornado only thats difference why they call it a mini tornado is cause there weak and dont last very long. i saw one just little over a day ago on a parking lot i pulled into, i started watching it and once it hit about a foot high stomp into the grass it broke.
It's been confirmed that it was NOT a tornado. Just really strong winds. Besides, how can you have a mini tornado? That doesn't make sense.
