  • I really like this:) My school's production opened last night, so I've been checking out some videos here. This is the best version of Mr. Andrew's Vision that I've seen.

  • dear god that wind section sucks

  • Wow. Whoever posted this did no favor to the guy playing this part. They could have at least used a clip from a performance where he actually got the words right. Yeesh.

  • He did a great job on this part. Great job.

  • He looks like if he is going mad and these overacted, a bit unnatural expressions suit it perfectly.

    I like it!

  • As someone who plays Mr. Andrews for a living...what the hell is this!?!

  • Where do you play him?

  • That was great, This song is extremely difficult. I'm impressed!

  • I like it. He's nice voice. I d'like to see it one day, at least on DVD or so...

  • This musical is not based on the Titanic movie.

In the version I saw (Dutch version) the ending is fare more powerfull. Andrews is in the 1st class smoking room. As the front goes deeper things start to fall down. It results in Andrews getting smashed between the wall and a rolling piano.

  • is it made based on the story line of jack and rose in the movie..or is it a completely different story about the titanic?..

  • different. the musical came out before the movie. :)

  • 27.06. - 20.07.2008: Titanic-The Musical in Magdeburg/Germany...it will be fantastic :)

  • that was AMZEING!! mark really did a fantastic job a year later and i actually still miss titanic.. awell theres always oklahoma! lOl well done

  • if its not overacted the expressions wont be seen at the back of the theatre

  • really i think he is overacting at all, do you know he is going insane at this point and was never seen again after the titanic. a good voice get boring after awhile so you have to act it and that what he did.

  • This was extremely well sung, very good job Mr. Andrews

  • While its a bit overacted. Your voice makes me totally overlook that.

  • You've definately changed the rhythm on that...

  • A little overacted. If you are an amateur then you will see this performance as amazing and very good. But for theatre professionals, it's a bit over the top. THe audience will react more if you let them interpret the words and your emotions. Simply over-emoting never moves anyone to tears. We call it stage-masturbation. And the directions and production values detract from this performance as well. Nice voice, though. It is a very difficult song to sing.

  • I agree with you a bit - but don't some actions have to be overexaggerated for the people sitting in the nosebleed section? :D

  • powerfull!!! Markoftheopera you really show the pain of your character all your body acts!

  • Still the best version on here. :) My production opens next week, I'm getting excited!

  • What great writing, what great acting! It's right up there with "Getsemene" (sp?) in JC Superstar, or "Javert's Suicide" in Les Miz!!

  • Very dramatic song and you did a really good job with that. I thought you did a really good job of not showing you messed up the words, very impressive.

  • Lol thank you. I did try my best to cover it. Typical of me to forget the words on the night of the video. Thanks for pointing that out by the way.haha.

  • Wow what a sexy voice! :)

  • Hi i played mr andrews in this production. I was going for the mand theme.lol. After all he did blame himself and i guess drove him slightly mad.

  • He looks mad. The crazy mad. Good acting and powerful singing.

  • Totally awesome! Thanks for posting this, it's great.
