@NbaMed - I almost purchased a new set of wheels for this car so I could put the stock Rays on my Z32. The 16" enkies that were on the Z32 just didn't look right sitting next to the Z33 with 18" rays.
@Coltons350z - I am just running junk winter tires right now until I buy another 4WD to go in the snow. As snow as a little snow hits the ground these tires won't last long.
@Coltons350z - The grip was excellent. Especially when I was running the heat treated sport cup II tires on the red Z. They just got to expensive to keep on the cars so I switched back to the Michelin Sports all the way around on the Silver Z and in the front on the red Z (and ran either MT drag radials or Sport Cup2s in the rear).
@tyreeztt yeah ive seen those sport cups go for around 220 a tire -.- but i think im going to use my need for new tires as a reason to get a new set of rims lol thinking of running the oem tracks (the ones you have and powder coat them) or rotas p45r... wish i had the money to get a set of volks though.
@Coltons350z - The ones I always purchased back about 3 years ago were a little more than that, especially the heat treated ones for the red car. But you can have a lot nicer tire these days days for a decent price. I ran the Nitto 555 in the front and Nitto 555R's in the rear of a few of my cars with really good results during the warmer months. They don't seem to hook even decent in the colder weather though.
@Wannabe000 - Thanks! I've had this car for a long time too though. I drove them both for a very long time :) The red Z 7 years. The last two of those years while I owned the 350Z. Love them both!
Nice! I wish I had those wheels for my Z32 :)
