They put him in an ambulance, no one knew or heard of what happen (As usual) and so far I don't know whether he made it or not.
I did look for him in the MPD major crime data base for the last couple of days to see if he made it, and that's how I came to this memorial page for Mr. Bell (May he rest in peace). I'm sorry that you lost a friend in this black-on-black murder in DC but never give hope.
As I get closer not knowing whether whoever did this is gone or not, the kid, gagging and gasping for air says to "Sir help me, I can't breathe" I didn't know what to do, but to hold his head up a little. I got in the cellphone and called 911, they're busy and put me on hold. Soon lots of people started to show up and someone had finally succeeded to call 911 and police showed soon after.
That was the most horrifying thing I ever saw, I did not sleep since.
Too many young guys are getting their lives cut in DC, everyday by other young guys. Its getting crazy here that being a bad-ass is the style nowadays amongst the young.
Early Sunday morning, coming from the clubs in Adams Morgan, on 2400 Block of 17th street NW, I saw a very young guy (About 15 yrs old) fighting for dear life, laying in a pool of his own blood, shocked and in panic, shot/stabbed in middle of the upper chest.
