No emotions means no expression, so the government would not have a name, or symbol, no propaganda would be thrown everywhere since no one would feel pride or duty, and everyone would speak in a monotonous voice in which the EXACT meaning of what they're trying to say would be elaborated, furthur more, PEOPLE would have no names either...
