  • ok so I just read the comments to see if anyone else was actually here when this happened, and made a youtube account just because one of the last posters was there...this was my 3rd show out of 4 total that I've been to, I brought my lil cousin for her first time, for an early HS grad present, and she got to be there for THIS!!! How awesome is that? What a wild card show, who knew that something like that would intensify the show that much???

  • OLD MAN RIVERRR THAT OLD MAN RIVERRR!!!

  • Happy to say I was there and we (DMB fans) are the most awesome fans a band could have. Always a good show!!

  • that was the first time the powers gone out when i was there....fucking unbelievable...

  • I was under the impression their policy was AUDIO tapes only, not video, at every show I've gone to they've forbidden cameras but allowed audio. I'm sure the band doesn't mind that much, and I could be very mistaken.

    Anyways, cool situation/video =D

  • awesome concert glad to say i was thereeee

  • I was at this concert! I remember when the power went out. The weather was so bad but the concert was awesome.

  • MOST AMAZING CONCERT EVERRRRRRR

  • thats awesome

  • they let people bring video cameras in???

  • yes they do. They actually encourage it. Since they started, they've always allowed fans to video tape, record, download whatever and share it with their friends.

  • i knew that, just never tried it. i wanna take my video camera when they come to austin. so no matter where they play, the people that work at the venue know this?

  • I thought so, but my friends got the shaft in Noblesville, IN last year. They wouldn't let them record.

  • I know for sure that DMB doesn't care, but i'm sure some venues will search you and not allow cameras.

  • But since the Lillywhite Sessions in the late 90's, the band did step up security just a bit.

  • i was in section 406 and the rain just made it even better!!! amazing concert!!!!!!

  • great example why they are the best jam band EVER!!!!

  • They are a tremendous rock band that mixes in various components of other genres, such as jam, jazz, rock, funk, pop, BUT they are not a jam band

  • Comment removed

  • you sir..are an idiot...75% of every concert they do is spent jamming

  • That is not even close to being true. The Dead, Phish, these bands spend 75% of their concert jamming. How much jamming goes on during Granny, Ants, BOWA, STJL???? They are a clearly a fusion band that spends time jamming during their songs, but they are not a jam band.

  • absolutely ridiculous show!

I was in the lawn too, the rain was awesome! lol

  • makes me wish I could have been there!! reminds me of the rain we got at Bristow '06....great show!

  • yes the rain was aweesome

  • That looks intense!!

  • this was such a good show, i was in the lawn and we all loved the rain
