Actually, if you ever heard the verse from the Steely Dan Box Set, Steely Dan does rip a version this fast and I think they did a great job pulling it off at this speed.

Nice try and what difference do their ages make? Tributes are nice but that is WAY fast for their level of musicianship, to the point of being sloppy.

It's actually no faster than the live recording found on the boxed set. And that version is REALLY fast.

Touche' However, that tempo is too fast for this group's level of musicianship. Break it down to around 130-150bpm. Their songs are too cool the "just do it".

wow very nice. i agree with your comment about rockband drummers btw. they are not talented or gifted at the drums in anyway. playing drums on rockband is nothing like real life
