Thank you, thank you for posting. I began my lifelong love affair w/camp when my older sister attended for her first time this same summer of '76. I didn't get to attend myself til '79, but the footage may as well have been taken the same year I began as it brought back so many memories of how it used to be. Thanks again, George Claiborne

When you head off to Senior Camp next year, don't be surprised if you find out that somebody's dad is in that video. The kids you see in video are approximately 45 years old now!
Great to hear from you, Lynn. I am glad you enjoyed it. I shot these with an old home movie camera. I just recently managed to digitize them and upload them to youtube. You lose some clarity in the process but having them available for others to see after they have been hidden away for 35 years makes it worthwhile. The opening shots include my kids in Cabin 8. Those kids are 45 year old men now. Maybe they have kids attending camp now.
