As its been 6 months I'll let the cat out of the bag. You need a laser with DMX or ILDA control. If your laser is pre-programmed with a liquid sky effect, you should be able to use a dmx controller to control it. If it isn't, then you then need a an ILDA equipped laser and a Digital to Analogue Convertor (DAC) plus control software such as Pangolin, with Pangolin you have fantastic control over what your lasers putting out but it isn't cheap.

@RGBLaserFan I've never seen a liquid sky effect that waved like that. I've seen them before, but they're just this stupid bar over everyone's head. Cool, but not nearly as cool as this video. I'm assuming this is a laser with your ILDA and DAC and control software and all that stuff?
