@slimjimmy149 Marco doesn't owe you anything. He does what he's paid to do and it's to sponsor Knorr. If it wasn't for sponsors, tv or radio wouldn't exist either you fucking idiot. You wouldn't have said that if you knew about working for a living.
@kismar3 i think he fucked up with that comment, on the lamb shank recipe he says something about the "meat coming away from the flesh". Silly old sod.
It's all in the MSG baby. That's why stock cubes can be better than salt in certain applications. Ajinomoto, the company that made MGS famous, even has an MSG laced salt product.
This is a very smart way of roasting vegtables using clarafied butter because when you roast vegtables with oil to get a golden colour you need to use a good layer of it and its also dangerous when its hot so using clarafied butter is a very good idea.
@kizab88 it actually does work well though, i don't know if i would describe it as better per se but it does work very well. I mean it's obvious he's getting payed to do this, but at the same time he's not going to say something that is simply untrue, because getting payed or not he would look like an idiot.

@AweirdSmell Without Knorr these videos wouldn't exist. The only reason Marco does these is because Knorr pays him to use the stock cube

Hi,
really nice recipe idea.....
but what ever happened to Salt and Pepper? You can be almost safe on any dish with the good old S&P if your ingredients don't suck!
the parsnips look good but the taters are way too fatty for my taste....
