No no no, this song is amazing. Quite a few of their songs are fairly nice. Most of the heavily advertised arranges such as Marisa Stole etcetc, Cucumber-Flavored HNNNGH, Usatei and GIANT SWING are pretty good, even some with the dog whistle voices.

But stuff like the rest of Souyuu Shinpi and Tsukitoro Safe! aren't that great at all. I find it frustrating how people tend to go OH NO YOU DON'T LIKE IOSYS? No, you're just not listening to half the music they release. Really, people.

That's rather her title, Flowermaster of the 4 seasons. Her ability is manipulation of flowers, being able to make them grow, make them move, and so on. She also has very high physical ability and youkai power.

Yuuka has the power to manipulate flowers, that is it. It just so happens she's a particularly old youkai and thusly stronger than most, she's also very aggressive so she is "the bad guy" here. But all this crap about controlling the four seasons and sun flowers making you weaker, what the hell?

you seem to have a very HUGE misconception about Yuka. Please dont be fooled by the Internet meme personality that fans have given Yuka. Thats just as bad as saying Alice is a Tsundere and Kaguya is a Hikkomori. First off. there are no "Bad guys" in Touhou. Also, Danmaku play and the spell card rules were invented by Reimu only after the mess with Makai and Shinki. Back then, the battles were real and people put their life on the line.

Im going to assume you never played the PC-98 games. Yuka is not "Ax-crazy" as the memens make her out to be. Shes an old yokai, with age comes power and knowledge. She prefers to just live her life peacefully at her mansion with her maid. However, she started to develop the concept of "Freindship" again after meeting Mima, Reimu and Marisa. Shes alot more mellow than people think. Yuka is an "Old fashion" Yokai.

When Reimu made the "Spell card rules" Yuka decided it would be best to return to her flower field. And since Mima wasnt around anymore, she didnt really have anyone to connect with anymore. Its true she has a somewhat agreesive nature. But thats only because she grew up when Gensokyo didnt have its peace. Current Gesokyo right now is a place where Demons and Humans can get along. There is no place in the world for an old girl like Yuka or Shinki.

Times change, and People like Yuka, Mima, and Shinki just cant keep up anymore. Danmaku "Play" may be a safer way to fight, but is it really making us stronger? Back in the old days. Reimu and Marisa really were putting their lives on the line and they were people were wanted to take Reimu's life on account of her Hakurei heritage. Marisa also didnt like Reimu at the begining either. An Enemy of Mima was an enemy to Marisa.

Just a little mistakes, Youkai and humans still do not get along, its just that there are much lesser actively aggressive youkai and much lesser youkai hunters in gensokyo hence, they balance each other out. But your right, theres no such thing as good or evil in gensokyo, only the mentally unsound.

In all fairness, Yuka IS rather aggressive, competitive, and territorial. Perfect Memento mentions that the best way to come unscathed of meeting Yuka is to make yourself seem unassuming. If Yuka feels you're strong, she will want to see how much, and, well, that *can't* end well for you, really. On the other hand, if you just look like a normal dude and don't step on the flowers, she's one of the most pleasant people to have around.

Basically, don't bother her and she'll be nice.
