First one isnt high. Doesnt matter that his shoulder contacts the face, it clearly wasnt the intenion. He was looking for a shoulder to shoulder clash and winger ducked back into him. Plus the arm round the chest is clearly legal, and thats usually what its judged on, because arm placement usually shows the players intent

Average team from the fijian side, they shouldnt have gone on tour . FRU fired the coach players getting caught up in the on going political fares happening in Fiji . Different team managent came in with a differrent vision from the coach . Felt really sorry for the players , team fiji shouldnt have toured was a bad season for FRU but i can say now its a different story wished they play scotland again.

"Borderline" tackles both, still legal anyway IMHO: the first seems like an high "stiff arm" charge but slow motion shows he legally wrapped the fijian at shoulder level, the 2nd tackle is usual centre job ...which is normally tolerated by ref provided you are not really late

I'd say the tackles were ok. The first one was a high tackle. (yes it was slow the vid before you say anything back.) It was a right shoulder hit wrap under left arm which makes it kind of look legit. could have gone for a yellow card. And the second hit was a late hit. Not that anyone noticed huh? Good player Sean is though.

@vitisurfer a high tackle is only when the ARM is wrapped round the head or neck. If striking the tacklee's chin with your shoulder while the rest of your arms are legal, then wede have high tackles all over the place. Nalaga obviously had no quarrel over it either
