i once saw this hawk looking bird that had white stripes on either side of its wings and on its tail and it was hovering in the blowing winds AT NIGHT over the office pool of my apartment and would fly away briefly and come back, and it didn't seem interested in the pool, but was just hanging around for some reason, and after about 6 minutes maybe, it flew away.
