50-70 is mildly disabled. The 3 IQ / decade is intended mostly for a few decades. For example its used to get criminals on death row out of executions, if they were near the line when they were in school, so after 30 years they are now considered mentally disabled. It would be close, probably 70-80 IQ.
If you practice more math you get better at it. If they were alive now, they would average 100, its not genetic, the environment education/internet/nutrition etc is better now.

A lot of corruption may be more directed towards Catholics (Most of it actually, but the core beliefs shared make them very very similar).
