  • Tiger would fight anyone. Jay Wells was a real strong guy and good fighter. 2 years later Bob Miller would be cheering for the Tiger in his broadcasts when he became one of the most loved players in LA Kings History. Seeing Tiger play was always worth the price of the ticket. Not many players that you can say that about every night.

  • Beautifull! Where is this now

  • The Wells Williams brawl was the best of the two. But Delorme, man he was one tough customer...

  • old school

  • go uncle ronnie.. he is my uncle

  • Wells scalped williams in that bout! It seemed that fights in them days were more intense then the ones we have now..True dislike then..now it is just somebody doing their job...

  • Delormes name was Cheif?

  • a lot of native indian hockey players got nicknamed "chief"

  • Didnt know he was native either?

  • Tiger Williams is more like a pussycat. He couldn't fight at all. Always grabbing the other person. Another loss for Williams. He must be related to Zack Stortini. The worst fighter now in the NHL....LOL

  • WOW did u REALLY just compare Tiger Williams to Zack Storini? Wow Tiger was a NHL legend with 4000 Penalty Minutes and over 500 career pts to a 'borderline" NHL player - Cmon man u cant be serious. Tiger scored 20 goals a season and had over 300 PIM ALOT! - he was tough and could play the game and was worth the price of admission, people ALWAYS watched Tiger on the ice. did he get his ass kicked? yea sometimes but you have to give it up 4 Tiger he fought them all for 14yrs there wont b another 1

  • Great reply. Tiger is a legend. I've had to point that out before about all the goals he scored even with 300+ PIM!

  • always grabbing the other person....you mean like Donald Brashear?

  • Williams a pussycat? Look at some early tape on Williams. He wasn't a big guy, but he fought some of the toughest in the 70s and 80s. Great fights with Behn Wilson, Jack McIlhargey, and the very unheralded Brad Maxwell. Williams was fun to watch and a decent scrapper.

Actually did alright with a VERY tough Jay Wells here. Where was the grabbing?????

  • Can't say I know much about Tiger Williams... I'm more of a Georges Laraque kid. Can't blame me for being born in 1985. But, anyway, to me, that's what a fight ought to look like. Just keep swinging like hell until the other guy stops swinging back.

  • tiger was a punching bag

  • He showed up. How many fights have you been in in the NHL?

And for the record, if you look, you might find a fight where Tiger thumps Behn Wilson with several uppercuts and another where he holds his own against 'the Hammer' and prompts Schultz to leave the ice giving the Leaf fans the 'You Stink' sign as they boo him off. Tiger wasn't all about the fighting; he could play too. 240+ goals over 12-13 years is not too shabby.

  • tiger got jacked

  • I liked how Tiger's legs were kicking while his face got smashed in!

  • He fucked him up real good, just look at Delorme go on the ice. =)
