  • something tells me George bush had a little help From a fox now

  • there are people who believe the government sprays chemtrails in the sky in order to control the population. reality beats the fiction

  • wow this movie is interesting . Now i can influence my classmates and start a cult .

  • DO A WEB SEARCH ON:

    charles h. miranda OR:

    charlesthepoet2003 OR:

    charlesthepoet2004

    THANKS.

  • Foxy Loxy reminds me of a lot of these 2012 doomsayers for some reason.

  • Wrong ending - and "Chicken Little" should be "Chicken-Licken" (unless the animal is re-named in the US)

  • @5355vbxjbj76rvn "Chicken Little" is the common name for this fable in North America

  • A powerful tale about the influence of propaganda. People in the comments seem to have misinterpreted the part about undermining leaders. There's a difference between calling out a leader on bad things they've done and making up bullshit like the cartoon demonstrates. Stay sharp - this film is still relevant today.

  • 1:53 and her a goosy Lucy ducky lucky & all the other gay ducks(I think it means happy unless.......)

  • jn

  • Awesome I like this cartoon.

  • Kids these days need to see stuff like this. In my opinion kids need to see that the good guys don't always win and that there is actual real evil in the world. People who will lie to you and deceive you. The majority of kids these days are over protected and never see stuff like this. Well I say down with sheltered life! Down with over protective parents! Bring back the good old Disney and enough of Hannah Montana and wizards of Waverly Place! Bring the real Disney back! Who's with me?

  • 1:53 And here are Goosy Foocy and ducky AND ALL THE OTHER GAY DUCKS WTF?!?!?

  • @MrRandomchannel134 What are you, 12?? This was made in 1943 before the word 'gay' was hijacked by the homosexuals....

  • The great thing about these older animation pieces is that you didnt really know who is going to win, unlike these newer cartoons the good guy always won, but Iuv looking back to see pieces of work like this with a good moral behind it.

  • brilliant use of propaganda

  • It kinda saddens me that so many people don't realize this was the original tale of chicken little, before it became child-friendly. Every tale back then had a moral to teach children before they got edited and the moral removed to an extent. This one involved not believing everything you're told/don't be a gullible fool, and to think for yourself and not follow the crowd. Google it. This is also a great representation of all the people believing in every apocalypse panic that comes around.

  • @SaberWingDragon well more or less, but I couldn't fit that lol

  • Hard to believe my almost dead grandpa was 20 years old when this was released.

  • 14 people didn't know they would be eaten.

  • Am I the only one that prefers the 2005 CGI Chicken Little to THIS one?

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack Nope. I like this one better.

  • @herbirth But this one is a total moron! At least Chicken Little was a brave, resourceful guy who wanted to prove to the town that he wasn't crazy. THIS guy was easily tricked by a hungry fox whose plan was so obvious, it's not even FUNNY. The only reason you like this version better is because it's in 2D. Wel,l, there ARE good CGI Disney movies!

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack nono, this one's clever. Much better than the new garbage chicken little they made. Why is it good? Because it's got a spin on the classic. Keep in mind in the real Little Mermaid, Ariel was turned to seafoam and died. They both weren't true to the original so you can't use that as an excuse. This had a clear moral to not follow the crowd. There are stupid people out there, and this is no exception. I like this one better as well, and the 2d is a great aspect, but it's funny.

  • Comment removed

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack funny and well written. I understand thats your opinion, but 2d animation doesn't automatically make something better. Yes great animation is great and can boost a subject's appeal, but if the story isn't well written, then no matter how well the animation is, the video will not be good. Take a look at all the youtube animated series people have made, the animations aren't the best, but the storylines make them good. Its a team effort; animation, music, script.

  • @SaberWingDragon Well, I respect your opinion.

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack thank you, sorry if I seemed a bit pushy in that, just felt a few things needed to be cleared up, since according to the original chicken little your comment would've been invalid.

To each their own of course though. WHat version of chicken little did you hear, anyways?

  • @SaberWingDragon It's cool.

I actually heard a version which, like this one, had it ending with Foxy Loxy eating Chicken Little and the others (and there was a king).

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack lol I think thats the universal one or something, though for some reason I distinctly recall Foxy Loxy being nice in the one I heard (though that could've just been a child's imagination at work.)

Though I gotta say, after owning chickens and having foxes around, some of them really are this stupid xD

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack Also, in the tale of chicken little, he was a stupid chicken who thought the sky was falling because he was hit with an acorn. What do you mean, brave? And, if you look up online, this fits the original exactly, keep in mind there are different versions of every story, the one with the darker outcome, and the child-friendly version. In the one I grew up with, he was a fool who was hit by an acorn, and didnt check to see what hit him and caused a panic; no bravery involved.

  • @SaberWingDragon Well, yeah. This one WAS more accurate than the 2005 version, I'll give it kudos for that (and for having a better villain).

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack Did I said anything about the movie being 2D? I like this movie because it strays from type. The manipulative one wins. Not that I think that is good, but because it is real. In real life our leaders aren't brave or resourceful, they are stupid and easily led. Even for the era, this was was a very progressive short that provoked thought. Most movies don't require people to use their brains, only to root for the good guy.

  • @herbirth I DO prefer this Foxy Loxy to the one in the 2005 movie, though.

  • ... so this is the short they based the movie on? Huh... uhm, okay. Kinda awkward, really.

  • @kurvos Well, no. The CGI and this one were both based on the fairy tale of chicken little, not based off one another. Each had their own spin on them. This one had a clear message for the audience, while the other....idk seemed to take away from the actual moral of chicken little, since he really was just a gullible chicken.

  • @SaberWingDragon Well... with the exception of how Chicken Little falls in love with a unattractive girl rather than a attractive one (which is what almost always happens in movies and therefor a good change of pace here) - the CGI Chicken Little was pretty much just a piece of crap. So... I agree with you.

  • @kurvos yeah, I liked how they incorporated the other characters like the ugly duckling and such, but aliens? seriously? Disney be trippin'

  • @SaberWingDragon Yeah. Not only where the aliens very random to add in there - but the movie was also very, very meanspirited. Oh, and we are supposed to feel sympathy for the dad, even though he is one of the worst parents ever we are supposed to consider "good but not flawless" parents.

  • @kurvos PSH I hated the dad. Why would I feel bad for him for abandoning his kid? Not to mention he didn't listen to his child when he so obviously needed him. What was Disney thinking when they made it? Yeah its a cute movie, but I don't want a cute movie, I want a good movie.

  • @SaberWingDragon ... I thought I made it clear I hate the dad as well? And I totally agree with you.

  • @kurvos lol I know, I meant that more directed at the movie. Like, geez disney, why would you think i'd feel bad for the dad?

  • @SaberWingDragon Thinking about it - it's because of the asshole dad everyone makes fun of Chicken Little! HE was the one who made him look like a crazy dumbass by claiming he saw an acorn and mistook that for a piece of heaven. I mean, oh god... that's a new low for a dad to make.

  • @kurvos ikr, what happened to let bygones be bygones? The dad always brought it up, too. People make mistakes, and the movie teaches the opposite of forgiveness because of that. The dad gets mocked and blames the son, doesnt even stand up for the kid! What a father....(then again, chicken dads are assholes too, so in the chicken world he'd probably be the best dad lol)

  • @SaberWingDragon LOL Yeah, probably. Do you know what scene in the movie I can not simply stand? It's when that god awful bully fox girl who always insults and makes fun of Chicken Little is comforting his dad, and tells him there's no one who blames him; and he listens to her and finds her supportive - while Chicken Little both sees and hears this as they have their backs turned at him. Oh... my... god. That has to be one of the worst scenes EVER in cinema history.

  • @kurvos omg that part was horrible!

They should rename this movie "terrible parenting 101"

And the dad does all this terrible shit and is forgiven in a heartbeat. I'd be pissed at him.

  • @SaberWingDragon Yeah. And in the end when he changes - not even then does he seem to be a real parent. He just seems to turn into a dumbass who lets his kid do anything he wants, no matter what the hell it is.

  • @kurvos Maybe for saving everyone, CL got diplomatic immunity? lol

  • @SaberWingDragon LOL Maybe. :P

  • That fox was GW.BUSH and the chickens/geese was YOU!

  • I am brazilian

  • It has a subliminar message about the nwo.

The fox is the anticrist in the iluminatis.

It eludes the people with big lies (Did the man go to the moon?)

Create false evidences and false solutions.

In the end,the people who didn't believe in the lie is saved by gosh.

    But,in the disney's character,everybody dies.

  • ಠ_ಠ

  • this shit is evil!

  • I miss my tape it was blue and white audio tape

  • If Disney made short animations like this it would save their Company/Dignity

  • WAAYYY MUCH BETTER THEN THE MOVIE

  • This cartoon is SO cute!! And MUCH better than the movie!!

  • merci pour la vidéo

  • People need to watch this today. Too much panicking all around.

  • The rooster was only human? :P

  • This was awesome. Aww Disney, what have you become now?

  • Comment removed

  • Love it :D

  • This seems to be a little dark for a Disney cartoon.

  • @hallber2 The moral was to teach the audience to think for themselves. A truly demented short, especially if you don't realize the original wartime propaganda plans. You have to consider what it was meant to convey when it was first released to the public (1943). It might be best seen by parents before showing it to their kids. Nice day!

  • @portinaribe Disney used this same theme in "Alice in Wonderland' years later when the Walrus tricks the baby oysters and they get eaten also.

  • @ttun100 I agree with your comment. Thank you.

  • I thought Foxy Loxy was a girl!

  • another Disney classic

  • Comment removed

  • Very interesting indeed.

  • AND I CAN SEE THAT WORKING

  • As the Fox Reads from the book..so called "Protocols of the Elders of Sion" lol...

  • The Alex Jones show !

  • @ThreeX thats would be funny if he wasnt Right 75% of the time..but his WWE style turns me off abit..I enjoy him in small chunks...Bill Cooper is where its at...

  • @KyleRayKeith

Well Alex Jones is Chicken Little and the Wolf are the guys controlling Alex I am listening to Bill right now.

Alex is MK Ultra and I feel he is being fed info from the NWO. The Bohemian Groove (ALEX with the cams) thing really made me think. He mixes lots of truth with lies. George Noory and Art Bell are even worse.

  • @ThreeX yeah im actually banned from the Alex Jones youtube site cuz I was negative towards him saying "he looked and made all he is doing look stupid and Bll was right" after his interview with the even worse snakecharmer Peter Joseph (has got to be CIA) but yeah all Alex does is overtalk great guests, sometimes avoid the main issue and talk like a wwe star and wow does he gotta be selling things..my gosh...so i here you...but AJ fearmonger (4now) still better than mainstream media!

  • @ThreeX u think art bell and george noory are in it to, ive always known alex jones was in it but i have been curious bout c 2c

  • @straightoutofVISA

Art Bell is a Freemason. He has stated that "the world need a leader to clean up this mess"!

George Noory has stated that there will be a Mexico and U.S. union. And he supports it.

Also Noory talks about the "light" what light ! Not the light of Jesus ! Maybe Lucifer ! Also he support Spirit Medians, Psychics and Occult Knowledge. Also George is a Roman Catholic yet he never talks about the Occultism in the RCC.

  • Nice ending :)

  • The quotes are not direct quotes but taken from Mein Kampf, this is what they are doing today with events like 9/11.

  • 13 idiots don't appreciated classic films.

  • Replace Chicken Little with the Tea Party and Foxy Loxy with FOX "news" and this classic would be quite apropos!

  • The Fox's Voice sounds like William Dafoe. XD

  • @cosiodesign lol I thought the same thing!

  • lol there's a 2005 version too!

  • The Disney / Pixar Version of Chicken Little is fantasic but I still enjoy the Original 1943 verison of Chicken Little where Foxy Loxy using a number of psychological tactics to trick Chicken Little himself, and all the other Poultry Birds to his cave to be eaten for Dinner or Supper, except for Cocky Lockey who Foxy Loxy knocks out cold with a peice of wood and then telling the Narrator don't believe everything you read brother. You go Foxy Loxy your 1 cunning and sly Fox you are.

  • pure genius,

  • this is fucking genius

  • The stuff he reads from the psychology book are essentially what Joseph Goebbels was practicing in Germany from the 30's through the time when this was made.

  • A better message than the new version

  • Pour chicken little...

  • What a great cartoon! And it keeps the original message and ending, but still makes it funny! I like it when cartoons don't dumb things down!

Plus, Quote "The Fox is such a great character" Un-quote!

  • after all, this is a realistic story with a moral ... and not that unbearable and infantile movie in 3D, without any message.

  • wow that was a awesome ending the evil dude won o_o

  • worst ending,ever! D':

  • @FunLiz01 wrong thats best ending ever! XD

  • @az4rel >_> eh,true maybe :P

  • In today's society, fozy loxy would be Osama bin laden.

  • @mcog2006 Fox News rather.

  • Thanks Wollclark. This video is indeed very relevant to the whole Harold Camping situation.

  • This Cartoons were The SHYT. Wtf Happen To Emm turnin emm into Aqua Marine n Robot chicken-__-

  • So if Hitler was the fox and the chicken were the germans, who exactly is chicken little ?

  • Wow......so much for the bad guy never wins!

Now I need to look up Mein Kampf....so I don't become a victim of it too!

They don't do cartoons like this any more....They should!

  • WOW! This has to be the most political Disney cartoon I've seen and I've seen the other war cartoons of the War period.

  • @Hyman74Roth Like "The Fuehrers Face" ?

  • @20sept2008 Well....I consider that cartoon more of a parody on Nazi Propaganda, with this cartoon it feels like Disney tackles on propaganda in general. I mean some of the stuff on this cartoon we still witness it today. For some reason this cartoon has aged well because of this.

  • The more things change the more they stay the same.

  • So this was the original Chicken Little?

  • @jakersify No, thankfully, it is actually a Childhood story, and one I loved and it is originally called Chicken Licken, so Disney may of changed for "pirace and copyright reasons" etc...etc...

  • An Inconvenient Truth comes my mind!

  • that was a bit mean how the narrator gave false hope ¬¬

  • This is... better than that 2005 movie. What's up, disney?

  • Foxy Loxy = fox news

  • Originally Foxy Loxy = Adolf Hitler and Nazism.

Now, in Modern times he = Al Gore and the Global Warming scammers.

  • I have seen this when I was a kid. very cute toon

  • Greatest ending to a cartoon....ever

  • chicken little is a playboy...? D:

  • i prefer the movie that came out like 60 years later

  • this cartoon is actually a bit disturbing. It shows how easily you can influence people to believe everything you tell them to.

  • I think that anything involving Hitler has to be censored just a bit.

  • LOL goosy pussy :)

  • Here what my sister said...

"Here is chicken little, play boy and-"

    Sister: Woah. woah. Play what?

She only heard the narrator, she wasn't watching. Everybody laugh now I guess.

  • I wonder if the 2005 Chicken Little movie is a remake of this cartoon.

  • They dnt make things like this anymore coz it makes u think. Something the masses are not doing as they keep us chasing the matrix of illusion. They created divide & conquer long decades ago as the subversion process is happening slowly in this country. A person like Alex Jones is the "fox". Then there is Fox news.

    PEACE

  • @ElmahdiiEl i think this movie is an omen or prophesy. i think the chicken farm is the world and the fox is the usa, the illoominati, or jeebus. it doesnt really matter who the fox is. we're ALL going to get eaten anyway. serves all us dumb chickens right..

  • @ElmahdiiEl Divide and conquer was coined by Napoleon. Read a little more history, and a little less infowarzzz

  • The original 1943 film actually had Mein Kampf written on the cover of the book when the Fox reads it! It wasn't untill 2004 when Disney revisited it that the book cover was changed to "Psycology"!

  • @evildoer2323 When this short film was on television in the 1980s when I was a kid, it read "Psychology" on the book cover. Nice try though.

  • @evildoer2323 When this short film was on television in the 1980s when I was a kid, it read "Psychology" on the book cover. Nice try though. The videotape I have of it clearly does not say "Mein Kampf".

  • Comment removed

  • @skygrottian

I was mistakened in when the edited version came out! 2004 is when they made an audio commentary on DVD regarding the cover change! HOWEVER; the original 1943 edited version that came out in the movie theatres in the 40's did in fact have Mein Kampf in it!

So, I was still right! I did say the "ORIGINAL". Nice try though!!

  • @skygrottian wiki chicken little film 1943.

Also, my parents were born during that era and used to see the news reels and cartoons in theatres before T.V.; and they told me that they remember the cover saying mein kampf. That would make sense; since in that time; everything was anti-hitler in the U.S. and the Allies were fighting the Nazi's and their ways. Films, and other forms of media like cartoons, were another form of propaganda that a country uses to inform and influence the masses

  • totalitarianism

  • Psychology!

  • @aiel

  • Best ending ever!

  • the good ol' days where they put cigars and cigarettes in children shows

  • My god! Some kids (5 years ago) were doing a skit with Chicken little with Nazis. I thought this was a joke!

  • (a company associated with the US military) for 32 propaganda shorts for money

  • this cartoon was made because in 1940 walt disney was on the verge of going bankrupt after the release of Fantasia bombed. So he signed a contract with Lockheed (a company

  • @happyjme how does a story about the sky falling got to do with an aviation company? i swear, some people will make a conspiracy out of anything. And I'm sick of conspiracies being made out of Walt Disney cartoons.

  • FOXy Loxy. Hmmm. There isn't a more accurate portrayal of America today than this classic.

  • FOXy Loxy. Hmmm. There isn't a more accurate portrayal of America today than this classic.

  • Gee, who would of thought that the 1943 short cartoon would be better than the 2005 hour and a half cartoon.

  • i dont know exactly what political innuendos this cartoon shows but all i know is that i was about 4 when i first saw it and it brings back some amazing memories! i love walt disney... not the lame disney nowdays.

  • ducky lucky and all the other gay ducks...sweet

  • @roataontheweb Fail. Gay meant Happy back then.

  • this is amazing propaganda!!!

  • This is a good representation of today's Lamestream media and the left wing and how they think of you, as nothing more, than banyard animals, who need to be manipulated, herded and nudged into doing what they want.

"Once we know that people are human and have some Homer Simpson in them, then there's a lot that can be done to manipulate them." Obama's Regulatory Czar ~Cass Sunstein~

"People are STUPID. They just have to be DRAGGED TO IT." Wanna be camedian ~Bill Maher~

  • Glenn Beck is Chicken Little

  • brilliant.....sheep

  • wow! the villain won! that never happens anymore

  • @comprimiser Not even in disney's movies.

  • Amazingly prescient. Foxy Loxy = Fox News (with Chicken Little as Glenn Beck).

  • man i sure miss these cartoons man these days one ar aslong as hell but these ones are good and short

  • @younes11111 there was practicality & common sense in those days, a human strength.

  • inspired to true to life events especially on politics and socio-economics of the world,...

the moral lesson is...don't believe in everything that you read or heard, but believe only if it is compatible with your common sense and understanding

  • "A piece of hit just hit you on the head!" LMAO!

  • 01:05 "Hmh, sounds just like people." LOL, they'd get so burned if they did that on today's cartoons xD

  • Chicken Little was a Part of my Short story Class Test last Week. I like the Story! :)

  • This catoon is really, really actual (see Facebook). It symptomatic of the modern society. Disney was always adressing mainly to the parents who watched his movies together with their children. Extremely good philosophy and politics lesson. I'm 56 years old and I'll always love Disney's art.

  • Cartoon edited by Roman Polanski

  • omg wat a horrible ending...

  • this is better than the crappy movie they made

  • i wish they made cartoons like this now

  • @icepoint848 Well a couple of years ago, they made another Goofy PSA. It's called "How to Hook Up Your Home Theater"

  • The fox to me, are the talking heads on ALL the cable news channels.
