Hey, I'm having fun watching this. I watched the walkthrough for Gabriel Knight 2 and 3 (yes, I always start by the ending), so I really wanted to see the first opus. (Strangely enough, I enjoy watching the walkthrough more than actually playing). So, thanks for doing this. Gotta love the audio commentary, too !
Oh, and I suppose by now you found out what "Cabrit sans cor'" means, but I speak French fluently and I have no idea what it means. Perhaps it's Creole or Cajun... hum, I'm curious.
Blue is general questions you can ask anyone. Everyone has a color those are personal or special questions only available with a specific person. Ex. Grace is pink and you can ask her to do research.
The different colors indicate things you can only ask that particular character.
As for certain objects you are missing, it helps if you put the yellow part of the cursor on what you are trying to take/operate, as karry229 said. :)

I always left the narrator as text only, no offense to the actress, but her voice and inflections get annoying.

I love the way the narrator says New Orleans. It's like, "NAWLINS"
