  • That was pretty sweet.

  • wait....whose wining?

  • wheelies are the coolest thing in the world. FACT. Drift is a close 2nd.

  • bad s1000 driver

  • Esses caras comcertezas são fodassos nussssss que vidêo biruta.

  • I am very happy to see the cute light in front of the BMW S1000RR.

  • regardless who is faster or quicker, a bike is just more fun to ride and toss around and far more beautiful to watch through the turns when done by a good rider. just something about the 'dance' and leans from side to side that's more fascinating. and more difficult to do well - albeit with WAY cheaper machinery!

  • woooo

  • Beautiful video!

  • Best bike with the best car. I want my garage with these two. Porsche makes the best, as BMW makes the best bikes. Two of the best, couldn't go wrong.

  • video makes me wanna do shit. good job

  • I would take the bmw in the M colors!!!!

  • sir...this is freakin EPIC!!!!! to hell with people whining about whos best, and everyone just enjoy :) poetry in motion....

  • 2:00 is just epic!

  • no chance bmw! Porsche is the best!

  • big cup

  • Making two ugly vehicles look good was a tall order, but this guy pulled it off.

  • kur

  • สุดยอด

  • whatever happens, in the straight, the bike wins, the car will never outsprint a bike in a 200m+ straight, cars just arent made that way.

  • why is everyone comparing bikes to cars. this wasnt a race so whats the point on comparing. this was just for cinematography

  • nice one... But the guy on the BMW CAN NOT DRIFT IT!!!

  • great vid i enjoyed it!

  • awful motorcykle

  • sweet vid with some great footage of pushing the rides to their peak!

  • awesome, but the music SUCKS big time. quite terrible tbh

  • I couldn't imagine a better way to spend my time than this

  • they should have used a supermotard. bike and car drift

  • Those were pretty good drifts for a Porsce

  • great shots, really looks good

  • motorcycles arent always faster on tracks. it depends on the track. a bike is a alot slower in corners. google it

  • @StephanRu88 it depends on the corner )))

only in very tight corner 4whellers are faster

  • bmw power!!!!!

  • nice driving not so much drifting

  • more like Drifting vs Wheelies ... Thumbs Up if that's what it looks like

  • powersliding session v2 not that porsche isnt drifting

  • DRIFT SESSION ??? I'm a biker, but the BMW didn't do much drifting, shame but good vid !!

  • Un video da ESAGERATI!!!

  • Sexy Porsche indeed, however the S1000RR fckin smacks ass :D

  • Nice and quality video to see,...

  • People! Bikes get raped by cars on corners. Its obvious OMG!

  • @mako34lkj ur joking right?

  • eeeepic

  • a little headshake at 2:22 = pucker factor

  • two germans battle, great!! although bike´s cost is 1/10 of porsche.. however, amazing scenes

  • he should have drifted the bike.. THAT IS A SCARY FEELING.. BUT I LOVE IT..

  • Dang, that's one agile superbike.

  • nice views and sounds.. except the music that really sucks.

  • Sport Compact Car magazine did a drift vs grip vs stock cornering comparison with three subaru sti's...the stock sti had the fastest corner speed because of the balance between grip and slip while the drift was actually the slowest through the corners....just an observation

  • wonderful images - great work

  • Yu cant Drift A bike :D

  • COOL VIDEO BUT THERE WAS NO REAL CONTEST, SPECIALLY WITH ALL THE DRIFTING BUT IT LOOKS A'IGHT

  • thats how you drive a porsche!

  • de très bon pilotes !

  • All out race purpose built race cars are indeed faster than bikes on a race track (mostly due to a bikes inability to brake), however, a Porsche GT3 is NOT an all out race car and would be DESTROYED by a superbike on any race track. For instance, the lap record of Sachsenring for a car is held by a Porsche GT3 RS time is 1'34, fastest for bike is 1'21 casey stoner. Class dismissed.

  • ILS gerent !

  • Go the Germans!! We should have just let them take over the world. Might have been a better place to live?? That new BMW bike is fu=king awesome. I'm getting one!

  • Nice driving and riding! Good video! Thanks for sharing!

  • you can not compare motorcycles with cars motorcycles are always fasteron the track en in a sprint

  • @1993kyokushinkai And you think you're the only one to know that?

Of course a bike will be faster, but the purpose of the video was only to makes beautiful images

  • @War10ck1004 round a track? car vs bike? a fast car like the porsche can take corners at twice the speed as the bike and that makes a huge difference

  • @TheSuperSpongy Bike are indeed faster than most cars in a straight line but around a track they rare can hang with the likes of a gt3 rs, gtr etc. Reason being, grib and braking. World class sports cars have tons more grip and brakes than most super bikes.

  • @Bahamuttiamat perhaps but try removing the ecu and electronic control systems that supersport and even modern sport cars have these days. They'll be much more evenly matched.

  • @TheSuperSpongy Slow down there, they've each got their strengths, plus do realise that even modern bikes lack the use of powerful ecu which compute and micro manage a lot of driving in modern sports/supersport cars. I throughly agree with more grip on the car though. Remember that the way a bike corners in comparison to a car varies and whether the car or bike comes out more efficently is partially dependant on the corner itself,

  • @1993kyokushinkai thanks for the helpful info man i didnt know bikes were faster than cars

  • @1993kyokushinkai and more fun in the turns... even though it is a little slower

  • @1993kyokushinkai i watched live 911 vs hayabusa...drag race...911 nailed it!

  • @MAnGaThaBOy yeah course it did

  • @1993kyokushinkai

It depends on the type of track. If it has a lot of straights, then a motorcycle will be faster because it has faster acceleration. If it has a lot of curves and sharp turns, then the car will be faster because of it's better braking.

  • @alehax27 Geez some one knows facts around here!!!!Everyone else either A: did not read your comment or B:Hates bikes.............Witch explains the dislikes.

  • @1993kyokushinkai not very true, lots of cars beat a bike easily on a track.. and am not quite sure if the porshe driver was into it for the race, as you can see the title " drift session ..."

  • @shadowelie agreed, look at lap times between F1 and motoGP on the same tracks. The aerodynamics and incrased contact patch make cars faster around a track. And yet I ride bikes because a car can never give the sensation a bike can.

  • @DspecDJ completly agree if you compare moto Gp and F1 for example. depending also your level to drive car and motorbike and what you drive. You must have a supercar ( more than 700hp ) to have very nice sensation or ariel atom. but in car you can have more lateral accelaration in curve. I'm a beginner in bike and I think a good driver with car and i have more sensation in car but if i go with bertrand ( my teammate VB2R ), it's not the same :-) both have fun if you can go at the limit :-)

  • @1993kyokushinkai NO. Bgikes only keep up with cars on straights. They get raped on corners

  • @1993kyokushinkai not always u dik!

  • @1993kyokushinkai wasnt a race...

  • @1993kyokushinkai "motorcycles are always faster" -- WRONG!

  • @1993kyokushinkai on a track itsthe car by a little just because of braking

  • @1993kyokushinkai real cars are faster on a track cuz of faster cornering.

in numbers: fastes lap nordschleife on a bike 8:22, fastest lap of a car 6:11

  • @1993kyokushinkai Thats true but i would love to race against that motorcycle in that porsche on the motorway for maybe 100 km...I can drive the whole way 300kmh but that guy on the moto can't hold that speed for 100 km!

  • @1993kyokushinkai a car with an equal power to weight ratio has to be faster in corners because 4 wheels provide greater stability so you can push harder through the turn.

  • @1993kyokushinkai It all depends on the track and the conditions, If it's a really tight course the car will have the advantage in the corners because the bike and only put down so much power at a hard lean angle before the tire looses traction and just starts to spin, long sweeping corners the bike will have the advantage.

  • @1993kyokushinkai that isn't true.. a skyline gt34r flogs a r1 in a sprint

  • @1993kyokushinkai depends on the track. a car is faster in corners

  • the rider in the s1000rr is very good. Wish I have half his skills

  • 2:22 petite trace de guidonnage ou quoi ! :p
