She shed good light on how we tie human characteristics unto a non human earthling. Very good explanation. Im happy enough not eating or wearing them but Im ok with other people doing it. I let go.
Vegetarianism is a personal choice and noone should try to convince the lion nor anyone else to favor it! But we should really fully endorse and support, that animals are being treated well, also if they´re supposed to end up being our food! In many cases animals are tortured or being held under dreadful circumstances because its cheaper. In my country (Austria) meat or food of ecologic origin has a special label on it. It´s more expensive, but worth the price for me!
All life is Sacred and comes from Source ! The Cow is as Sacred as the Vegetable ! To say one is greater than another is to see through blind eyes ... watch the doc " The Secret Life of Plants" The sad thing with today is that People don't allow for freedom of Self it is conditioned on what One deems appropriate ... To each their own !!! Let People be !!! So many need to get a Life ! Excellent Abe :)))
@Maiyaee I know many vegetarians that are so messed up , no amount of vegetable life could change them , they must stop giving their Power to the outside and Own their OWN !!!
As difficult as it is to accept that the same principles Abraham teaches apply to this subject of animal cruelty, as to wars and murders and everything else we have been listening and discussing, the principles of the Universe are indeed the same for all. It's all part of the process of looking at contrast and choosing what we want instead. Fighting animal cruelty is focusing on it, therefore perpetuating it. With much appreciation.
Yes, and the healing process that we all hear is a process of becoming aware and accepting that the principle of the Law Of Attraction applies always and all ways: whatever you fight against bonds your focus to it. When they practice to just "ignore what is" by turning their attention to "what they want it to become" - the other side of the stick - then they will get it.
this is the only issue that I disagree with Abraham on, I mean, why do we get upset when we see cruelty, I don't even want to try to see this issue the way Abe explains this, I think I would be more inclined ot agree with Ghandi on this one!! just my opinion though
@LittleMIssGratitude - You appear to have a caring heart, so I hope you'll do an internet search on "factory farms". The issue is far more complex than whether or not we should eat meat.
Unfortunately, for factory farm animals, it is not over very quickly. They may be okay after they die, but their lives on earth are pure hell - from birth. Trust me, they have no reason to thank humans for making their physical lives possible. That's like slave masters saying, "Without us, they'd have no jobs."
Farm workers, factory workers, etc., are, also, often abused. Screw them I'm gonna get mine!????? Wow. Sounds to me like a great sales pitch for Abraham-Hicks. It's never a good idea to side with the fringe/controversial viewpoints. Appease the masses! Works great for FOX "news". Anyone else feel sad & totally deflated?
I'm a vegan vegetarian & despite the vegetarians that disagree with what Esther said it IS EXACTLY in alignment with what Abraham teaches. Not focusing on negative thoughts but positive ones instead. The entire world will never convert to veganism/vegetarianism or anything else entirely. People are different & will forge their own paths to learn at the rate that they are ready. JUST FOCUS ON YOUR OWN CONSCIOUS ELEVATION AND EXPAND. That will be more world changing than anything.
@goodessarts3374 Esther/"Abraham" should have said, IMO, "Don't focus on the abuse, focus on what you want (a better experience for the animals). Saying the animals chose the experience (abuse), so therefore don't waste your time fretting over them is the same as saying not to fret over any other type of abuse.
Abused children chose their journey, too. Right? Right?
This whole clip is very disappointing - flippant, arrogant, and selfish. Abuse toward any creature is nothing to joke about.
@LovinAlPacino Don't you already know that it's just their opinion or did you assume that they have all the answers...until now? Whether I agree or disagree with their view on this topic, is not the point. Nobody knows EVERYTHING they can say whatever they feel is true. As long as people look to others to be the final word on anything, they will be disillusioned.Take what U are in alignment with & leave the rest. Focus on ethical treatment of animals, not policing other people's views.
@goodessarts3374 Don't YOU already know that was just MY opinion? Focus on whatever it is you consider important enough to defend (I mean, besides your guru) rather than policing other people's views on important social issues..
@LovinAlPacino I guess you're not seeing that I am in agreement with you on this issue (I'm a vegan also opposed to animal cruelty). I merely stated that their opinion on this issue, although questionable, is consistent with their philosophy. I'm being objective because I have no "gurus" so I can agree & disagree with them as a free thinker. I had hoped that my point was obvious but probably not to others who are emotional about the issue. Peace
@goodessarts3374 - I felt you implied I was upset due to a misguided reliance on Abraham-Hicks for moral guidance. I'm not heart broken that Esther/"Abraham" disagrees with me; I *don't* believe God disagrees with me.
I am heart broken over the abuse of corporate food animals. Learning of yet another influential, famous guru turning a blind eye does make me feel sad and deflated. The resulting audience laughter is chilling.
I apologize for my previous snarky response. Peace.
@LovinAlPacino Thank you. I do believe/hope that IF many more people knew about these issues they might not be able to ignore it either. But ingnorance is false "bliss". Peace.
I love this clip. I get what is being expressed here .... and always have. I hear fear speaking in those that claim this view is wrong. As always everything is a mirror for us. If we don't like the image we see, we need not strike out at those that mirror it to us, for this is how most of us have lived our lives...Blaming "them" for reflecting back to us our beliefs about ourselves. It's the cause of all conflicts and war, internal & external... the cause of all dis-ease.
Do not idolize this woman, for she is a false prophet. I have heard the true voice of Abraham and it is through my mouth which He speaks and His words will be heard. When told to you look inward, you have looked outward and up to this Demon and her messages of deceit and lies. We can not deliver enlightenment to those of you who have been blinded so easily by this fake messiah.
To avoid eating animals, wearing, using lab products, etc, it does take initial information, going through disturbing footages perhaps, learning vegan recepies for yummy dishes, and so on. That's far to be an obsession, as long it becomes a lifestyle, with a part of activism to help this asleepy world2wake up.
Then focus on happyness, light and beauty , to attract+irradiate more of that, its important.
Who meditates hrs/day, talks abt Oneness+Love, but wears leather, eats chicken, etc, thatsBS
I also like to add, regarding the ordinary comparison with wild animals and their predatorial instint often cruesom, that the nature reflects the humankind nature: as long we are aggressive, greedy, predatorial , th animal kingdom will reflect on certain animals (and surely its possible to explain in details), nevertheless animals dont kill with the same mental aberration of human farming/vivisection/fashio etc. Was Ramtha to say that animals can b all vegetarian, peaceful& tamed, as in th past?
Agreed with evry1 feels that in this case the human part of th channel filters the issue 2 please th majority of th audience, who doesnt like to step out from th comfort zone of th cultural pleasure of food without bother to get informed of the sufference implied! The way to the enlightment, to a body-light passes through the freedom from addictions and attachments: no excuses to kill animals, for all the good reasons very well expressed & investigated by the cruel-free life-style, we call Vegan
She is so wrong on this. Little animals do feel fear who are born in factory farms. Esther is terrific, but VERY wrong on animals being "ok" with being abused.
My feeling is that compassion is what we walk towards in this journey's experience. If we exercise compassion to weaker species, it stands to reason we will do the same to fellow humans. The principle is the same.
I abhor circuses as I know they torture animals into submission, I feel the same way about zoos and I find it sad that humans cage animals for life just for their selfish pleasure. Animal cruelty is rampant all over the world, in some places far worse than others including domestic animals.
Listening to Abraham I find a wisdom that resonates with me but this particular issue does not sit well with me. Its one thing for wild animals to hunt for food and its quite another for animals to be bred for consumption and treated in the most horrific manner. This is the only video I have seen so far of Abraham that leaves me a tad bit empty.
@Calliope634 to shin a little light to help you not feel so empty animals don't see life the way we do no we shouldn't be cruel in the way that we sloter them however they do not hold that agents us remember death isn't the end it is just a body
@Calliope634 You are still viewing the issue from the human perspective, which is incredibly narrow. Abraham is completely right in what they are saying, it really is that way. However, just because it is really that way, that doesn't mean you can't continue to do what you feel is morally right.
I am aware that what we focus on expands. I also understand that there is no end to life as such. Be it as it may, I still feel a very strong conviction that first and foremost we are here to evolve on our spiritual paths and I firmly believe that compassion and love are the key elements to a higher consciousness. I abhor animal cruelty which is rampant all over the world but as you so rightly said, I am free to act according to my moral standing. blessings.
A woman studying meditation was curious about why her cat was on her lap always and the instructor pointed out that the cat should have not been permitted to enter the room in which she was meditating, she proceeded to talk about the rights of the cat and the instructor had to remind her its not about the stupid cat.
oh hooray an Abraham video with loud sound...I heard this a few months ago and watched loads of videos of the holocaust and belsen and auswichz and belsen and wrote songs about what i really really do want i was inspired by what they said like when Michael jackson wrote earth song after watching loads of footage from jane goodall etc.
Horrible video, I was just starting to like these, then this comes up. How horrible, she acts like it's fine we torture and confide are animals, and gives a stupid example. Yeah of course a chicken on 5acres has a nice life they should reconsider running from. But OVER 99% of our chicken we eat never see fresh air, never have sunlight shinning on them, never get to run around outside, they spend there whole lives is an area SMALLER then a sheet of paper! Read "Eating Animals"!
Yeah right... How easy is it to simply claim animals aren't suffering! And how dare she say that industrially abused animals chose their miserable fate? Please, get real. Watch an animal suffer and listen to your heart and not to esoteric crap like that. The answer is going vegan, and not just going vegetarian, by the way.
There's not an animal in the world that gives itself up to being killed. Ever tried even killing a cockroach? They run away like mad. I hate the buggers and will pursue them with effort and if I don't put all my speed and ingenuity into it I miss them -- and usually miss them anyway.
....at 6:49 Abe clearly says: "Every consciousness that comes forth knows what they're coming forth into and if they didn't want to come, they would not come."
Abe clearly says that people are thinking animals think and suffer the way that humans do--just as religious and political groups think that everyone must want what they want! Abe is very honest in saying that Jerry and Esther will get letters about this--that to me is true Source. Other persons try to say the "right" thing.
its not the issue of whether we eat meat or not, its how we treat animals when they are alive and just prior to death that is important! vegetarianism is a personal choice its not right or wrong
@bladibla11. I agree that it's about the intention. I haven't eaten meat for over 30 years, but I don't condemn others for eating it. If you've seen 'Dancing with Wolves' there's a scene where the natives come across the buffalo carcasses that the white man has killed. They'd taken the skins & left the rest to rot. They weren't selective about which of the herd they killed either - mass massacre. The natives were shocked & overwhelmed. That's how I feel about modern farming
@angelgoulet. I agree that we can take what resonates & leave what doesn't. Most of the time Abe's teachings uplift me & I love them. But then there's the odd one that is really OFF for me. When that happens, I think it must be too much of Esther in the mix. I just don't bother to listen to those particular ones again. Esther is not infallible & I have my own inner guidance that tells me what's right & wrong [for me]
This here has convinced me that she is not who she says she is. I was very disappointed with her response. All living creatures should be treated with respect.
This here has convinced me that she is not who she says she is. I was very disappointed with her response. All living creatures should be treated with respect.
She's basically saying that it's okay to be cruel to animals! Well, that does it; I've been trying to decide if I like this woman and this so-call Abraham entity ,but I've been having trouble buying the whole thing. After hearing that talk, I am thoroughly turned off. Compassion is part of what makes us human and to claim that animals don't suffer is enough to convince me that this woman is full of it. I must say, I'm pretty disappointed.
@toniartist She never said anything of the sort. What you are saying that if she says something that makes you uncomfortable and you may not agree with you rush away and dismiss all that she has said. Childish in the extreme.
@index1001 Well, maybe you can enlighten me on exactly what she was saying instead of throwing out insults. Please, help me to understand. The woman was asking about cruelty. Abraham didn't answer the question. If you look into the eyes of an animal who is being abused, you will see fear and despair.....is that okay? If animals were okay with it then why do they try to escape?

if i am watching videos of animals or people being killed..then that is in my vibration...by Law of Attraction
if you are ambassador do not watch videos of things that make you feel awful!
SO CLEAR ABRAHAM !! THANK YOU
we dont eat our chickens we eat strangers chickens...chickens in cages...every chicken knows...just trust that well being abounds and watch for evidence of it.
Maybe the ultimate respect for animals is to appreciate them each for what they truly are, as much as we are able. Humans often think the ultimate is to treat an animal as if it were human. Does this make any more sense than treating a horse like a goldfish? Maybe treating a dog like a human is no better than treating a human like a dog.
it's not that we are right and the lion is wrong -- lions are designed to eat meat. humans, quite simply, are not. it's not even a matter of "morals", it's just good science. do some research on the digestive systems of true carnivores vs. that of a human, and you'll see what I mean. I think Abe is just saying this so we will make some choices on our own instead of just agreeing with everything he/she/they say like a bunch of sheep. question everything! remember, they always say use your guidan
@jenandtommy - You are right, humans are not carnivores (meat eaters), we are omnivores (eaters of everything). If you look at the digestive system of a true herbivore vs. that of a human, you'll see what I mean. From the pont of view of the animal being eaten, do they care what kind of animal (two legged or four) eats them? As you know, one animal's paradise is another animal's idea of 'hell'. As Abraham always says, you cannot judge or choose for another. I think A-H says what they mean.
@Jefferdaughter This denotes that cannibalism is also okay. Let's just fry up and cook all those crooked politicians! Just because some believe, scientifically, that we we're "meant" to eat a certain way, doesn't mean that in a more enlightened society, we can't improve on that "way" and be more kind and loving.
To grownman-I suggest a book called "Conversations With God" by Neale Donald Walsch. Its in question and answer format. Its a conversation between Neale and "the God of his understanding"-Its a very open and unique way of looking at things (which aligns with Abraham's teachings) and also there is a book called "Home With God" all about life/death/afterlife again Q&A. I found I'd ask further questions in my head, turn the page and my question was there being answered, it blew my mind. Enjoy x
This is one of the issues I have with the ABE teachings. I struggle because if the teachings are directly from source, ALL of it is TRUTH. However, their answers in regard to abusing animals for food, does not FEEL right in my soul. Since Ester is interpreting through her own mind, I can't help but wonder if she simply doesn't want to face the guilt our society should feel regarding our addictions to the animals we torture simply to have a gourmet meal.
@angelgoulet@angelgoulet The real question is how do we know we are right? How do we know that we are fighting against something that is natural design.. How do we know the the guilt in your soul has anything to do with God because the CIA has a program where they can brain wash you into feeling 0 guilt about certain things and make you feel terrible about others.. Are we so sure the human way of thinking on this is right and the lions are wrong?
I think the problem is we don't understand death orwe don't 100% understand God because the religions don't really either but yet distorted views is projected on us what is moral and not moral is shoved down our throats everyday.TV Schools religions brained washed parents are what pushes us in certain directions so the way it is now I believe deep down PETA and other org would tell God himself he is wrong when he made this earth..The real question is do we really understand life like we claim
@angelgoulet Abe also says they want us to come to that clarity of knowing OUR guidance system is saying and the say "abraham I don't care what you think". Which to me is a sign of a true teacher.
But any guit that we "should" feels very off to me. Maybe it feels good to you but 'shoulding" on myself or anyone else never feels good to me".
@angelgoulet ..Thank you for verbalizing what i feel.
A lion hunting a dear for his meal is something very diffirent from the way that
we treat animals in bio-industrie. We talk a lot about love when listening to Abraham . We should also treat our food with love and respect.. Wether they have a diffirent conciousness or not.
@bladibla11 I don't feel guilty about it, because I should not to take part in the pain by ordering animal flesh. I stopped 30 years ago and feel very clean, both spiritually and physically.
@bladibla11 I agree. It's no different from saying to those who are about to kill a child, "Well, they will just transition into pure positive spirit and return frisky." That's BS. Anything we do that intends harm to a sentient being (as is ordering a steak, chicken strips, bacon, etc. is not sending out positive vibrations. Therefore, we will attract those NON-positive vibes back to us.
Respond to this video... I think that many spiritual people feel deep within that it is wrong to torture kind beings just to satisfy a craving, but Abe gives them an "out." Abe makes them feel better about what they truly feel may not be a very spiritual act. However, it's difficult for them to believe any of what is said, if they can't believe every word Abe utters. But remember, Esther "interprets"...and not all interpretations may be spot on.
@bladibla11 - I agree re 'factory' farming. Everything should be treated with respect. Eating animals need not be abusive. Raising animals naturally, harvesting them quickly & humanely - with respect & gratittude for their gift of life to us - instead of than treating them like blobs of protoplasm. Animals killed by predators usually run for their lives, are strangled, or injured badly, bellies ripped open and entrails eaten even before they are dead. That sounds more like torture to me.
@angelgoulet well of course she doesn't want to feel guilt, because that would seperate her from who-she-really-is, from source, from abraham, from all-that-is, etc.! But what you are saying is that you would rather feel bad and guilty than be in your vortex... love your food, appreciate it being there and you will live your vortex, and this magnificent contrast helped you to do so.
@angelgoulet There is one principal truth that underlies Abraham's teachings, and that is to be in alignment with source, with your inner being. They have also said that if you don't agree with their teachings, that's ok. Pick and choose what resonates with you from their teachings. Abraham is in alignment with Esther, and this may not necessarily be your alignment. That doesn't make Abe/Esther wrong, it's just their alignment. Seek your own alignment and take from Abe what resonates with u
@angelgoulet You missed the point, Abe was clear about the animals own perspective, and said we needn't make it our concern. You are trying to make other people change so that you will feel better, but steak is good, and nobody has the final say for everyone else, because that is egomania.
@angelgoulet What would guilt accomplish? You can't feel guilt and make a positive change towards treating our animals and food better. When has guilt ever helped in any situation? It's when we focus on what we want (treating animals and food with dignity, love and respect) that we can accomplish change. While there is nothing wrong with feeling guilt, fear, anger, sadness regarding this or any other issue, to stay with any of these feelings holds you from positive change. Either way, bless you!
@angelgoulet I agree. The lion eating the gazelle is perfectly natural and, frankly, none of my business. The realities of the meat industry in the human world and industrialized society is shockingly unnatural, cruel from beginning to end, a true example of torture and then callous slaughter of another feeling being. These animals suffer the most horrible fear and pain; all of this for profit, not nutrition. The result is not even good for our health. Abraham is mistaken on this issue.
@ImaginationBlue Definitely! I don't agree whatsoever with what she's saying here in this video and I love so much of the teachings as it were from Abraham Hicks. There's so many ways to know in our minds, hearts, cells and souls that it's wrong. An Animal feels fear and pain just like us! End of.
@angelgoulet in truth there is no right and no wrong. maybe it helps when you realize that nothing is what it seems. guilt will always keep you locked up in the mind, without guilt you are 100% free
@angelgoulet Everybody is guilty of this in the modern world. The entire medical industry is driven by vivisection which is far more cruel than factory farming. Thus, if you ever see your doctor or subscribe to any of their treatments you are supporting the torturing of animals. How many women do you know that don't regularly see their doctor? Just a thought.....
@QuiveringNow Because there are more cruel things than factory farming we shouldn't care about or try to improve the conditions for food animals? That's a cop out. None of us can carry the burden of every injustice on earth, so many of do what we can, where we can.
According to your logic we should all just shrug and look away because it could always be worse.
@LovinAlPacino I think you misunderstood me. She said society should feel guilty for eating animals. I wanted to point out that animal cruelty exists on a MUCH bigger scale in the form of vivisection. Basically, it's a situation of the pot and the kettle. The moral was that it's useless to guilt others over their choices because most likely you do the same thing in a different form. P.S. I donate to the ASPCA.
@QuiveringNow Maybe I did misunderstand you, not sure. I *did not* misunderstand this video clip and the flippant attitude of Esther toward food animal abuse, or the resulting mocking laughter of her followers.
Esther claims food animals choose their lives and without us they wouldn't get the opportunity. As I said to someone down below, IMO, that's like slave masters boasting, "Without us the slaves wouldn't have jobs."
Facts show factory farms are abusive. Change requires acknowledgment.
@LovinAlPacino I agree. Factory farm abuse is rampant and brutal. The confined spaces, questionable "food", neglect, and slaughtering should all be stopped. I hate mainstream medicine the way you hate factory farming. I think it's disgusting that this nation swallows medications like candy without caring that it's all supported by vivisection. They'd rather alleviate their heartburn than avoid torturing animals. I understand factory farming is the same way so I feel your pain!
@QuiveringNow I agree with you re:vivisection. We "the civilized" eat, wear, ingest, or otherwise consume with little to, usually, no thought to how the product came about or how our actions will eventually effect others - even ourselves. In my experience, vivisection is the most difficult animal welfare topic in which to find an open ear. Animals are abused for the most trivial of human pursuits.
It's always uplifting to find like-minded people - renews my strength. TY!
Pew I read that so many were raging over this clip and I really had trouble finding it so I thought it had been deleted. Im glad it still here :)

LovinAlPacino 4 months ago
@LovinAlPacino I guess you're not seeing that I am in agreement with you on this issue (I'm a vegan also opposed to animal cruelty). I merely stated that their opinion on this issue, although questionable, is consistent with their philosophy. I'm being objective because I have no "gurus" so I can agree & disagree with them as a free thinker. I had hoped that my point was obvious but probably not to others who are emotional about the issue. Peace
goodessarts3374 4 months ago 2
@goodessarts3374 - I felt you implied I was upset due to a misguided reliance on Abraham-Hicks for moral guidance. I'm not heart broken that Esther/"Abraham" disagrees with me; I *don't* believe God disagrees with me.
I am heart broken over the abuse of corporate food animals. Learning of yet another influential, famous guru turning a blind eye does make me feel sad and deflated. The resulting audience laughter is chilling.
I apologize for my previous snarky response.

Was Ramtha to say that animals can b all vegetarian, peaceful& tamed, as in th past?
madalene2012 5 months ago

I abhor animal cruelty which is rampant all over the world but as you so rightly said, I am free to act according to my moral standing. blessings.

Read "Eating Animals"!

shawnme08 6 months ago
Yeah right... How easy is it to simply claim animals aren't suffering! And how dare she say that industrially abused animals chose their miserable fate? Please, get real. Watch an animal suffer and listen to your heart and not to esoteric crap like that. The answer is going vegan, and not just going vegetarian, by the way.
alpenjon 8 months ago 4
There's not an animal in the world that gives itself up to being killed. Ever tried even killing a cockroach? They run away like mad. I hate the buggers and will pursue them with effort and if I don't put all my speed and ingenuity into it I miss them -- and usually miss them anyway.
whoopsiedoop 9 months ago 5
....at 6:49 Abe clearly says: "Every consciousness that comes forth knows what they're coming forth into and if they didn't want to come, they would not come."
Abe clearly says that people are thinking animals think and suffer the way that humans do--just as religious and political groups think that everyone must want what they want! Abe is very honest in saying that Jerry and Esther will get letters about this--that to me is true Source. Other persons try to say the "right" thing.

its not the issue of whether we eat meat or not, its how we treat animals when they are alive and just prior to death that is important! vegetarianism is a personal choice its not right or wrong
radish0702 11 months ago 11

Esther is not infallible & I have my own inner guidance that tells me what's right & wrong [for me]

Maybe the ultimate respect for animals is to appreciate them each for what they truly are, as much as we are able. Humans often think the ultimate is to treat an animal as if it were human. Does this make any more sense than treating a horse like a goldfish? Maybe treating a dog like a human is no better than treating a human like a dog.
Jefferdaughter 1 year ago 2
it's not that we are right and the lion is wrong -- lions are designed to eat meat. humans, quite simply, are not. it's not even a matter of "morals", it's just good science. do some research on the digestive systems of true carnivores vs. that of a human, and you'll see what I mean. I think Abe is just saying this so we will make some choices on our own instead of just agreeing with everything he/she/they say like a bunch of sheep. question everything! remember, they always say use your guidan
jenandtommy 1 year ago
@jenandtommy - You are right, humans are not carnivores (meat eaters), we are omnivores (eaters of everything). If you look at the digestive system of a true herbivore vs. that of a human, you'll see what I mean. From the pont of view of the animal being eaten, do they care what kind of animal (two legged or four) eats them? As you know, one animal's paradise is another animal's idea of 'hell'. As Abraham always says, you cannot judge or choose for another. I think A-H says what they mean.
Jefferdaughter 1 year ago

@angelgoulet @angelgoulet The real question is how do we know we are right? How do we know that we are fighting against something that is natural design.. How do we know the the guilt in your soul has anything to do with God because the CIA has a program where they can brain wash you into feeling 0 guilt about certain things and make you feel terrible about others.. Are we so sure the human way of thinking on this is right and the lions are wrong?
grownman455 1 year ago
I think the problem is we don't understand death orwe don't 100% understand God because the religions don't really either but yet distorted views is projected on us what is moral and not moral is shoved down our throats everyday.TV Schools religions brained washed parents are what pushes us in certain directions so the way it is now I believe deep down PETA and other org would tell God himself he is wrong when he made this earth..The real question is do we really understand life like we claim
grownman455 1 year ago

Wether they have a diffirent conciousness or not.
bladibla11 1 year ago 11
@bladibla11 I don't feel guilty about it, because I should not to take part in the pain by ordering animal flesh. I stopped 30 years ago and feel very clean, both spiritually and physically.
angelgoulet 1 year ago 4
@bladibla11 I agree. It's no different from saying to those who are about to kill a child, "Well, they will just transition into pure positive spirit and return frisky." That's BS. Anything we do that intends harm to a sentient being (as is ordering a steak, chicken strips, bacon, etc. is not sending out positive vibrations. Therefore, we will attract those NON-positive vibes back to us.
angelgoulet 1 year ago 4
Respond to this video... I think that many spiritual people feel deep within that it is wrong to torture kind beings just to satisfy a craving, but Abe gives them an "out." Abe makes them feel better about what they truly feel may not be a very spiritual act. However, it's difficult for them to believe any of what is said, if they can't believe every word Abe utters. But remember, Esther "interprets"...and not all interpretations may be spot on.
angelgoulet 1 year ago 4
@bladibla11 - I agree re 'factory' farming. Everything should be treated with respect. Eating animals need not be abusive. Raising animals naturally, harvesting them quickly & humanely - with respect & gratittude for their gift of life to us - instead of than treating them like blobs of protoplasm. Animals killed by predators usually run for their lives, are strangled, or injured badly, bellies ripped open and entrails eaten even before they are dead. That sounds more like torture to me.
Jefferdaughter 1 year ago 3
@angelgoulet well of course she doesn't want to feel guilt, because that would seperate her from who-she-really-is, from source, from abraham, from all-that-is, etc.! But what you are saying is that you would rather feel bad and guilty than be in your vortex... love your food, appreciate it being there and you will live your vortex, and this magnificent contrast helped you to do so.
Tschaennis93 1 year ago

You are trying to make other people change so that you will feel better, but steak is good, and nobody has the final say for everyone else, because that is egomania.
brianzen007 9 months ago
@brianzen007 Yes, but it's not like the animals will be able to talk to us and tell us now tho is it. They don't have a voice to speak of the terror.
shawnme08 6 months ago 3

MommaElin 6 months ago
@angelgoulet Everybody is guilty of this in the modern world. The entire medical industry is driven by vivisection which is far more cruel than factory farming. Thus, if you ever see your doctor or subscribe to any of their treatments you are supporting the torturing of animals. How many women do you know that don't regularly see their doctor? Just a thought.....
QuiveringNow 5 months ago
@QuiveringNow Because there are more cruel things than factory farming we shouldn't care about or try to improve the conditions for food animals? That's a cop out. None of us can carry the burden of every injustice on earth, so many of do what we can, where we can.
According to your logic we should all just shrug and look away because it could always be worse.
LovinAlPacino 4 months ago in playlist LovinAlPacino's favorites
@LovinAlPacino I think you misunderstood me. She said society should feel guilty for eating animals. I wanted to point out that animal cruelty exists on a MUCH bigger scale in the form of vivisection. Basically, it's a situation of the pot and the kettle. The moral was that it's useless to guilt others over their choices because most likely you do the same thing in a different form. P.S. I donate to the ASPCA.
QuiveringNow 4 months ago
@QuiveringNow Maybe I did misunderstand you, not sure. I *did not* misunderstand this video clip and the flippant attitude of Esther toward food animal abuse, or the resulting mocking laughter of her followers.
Esther claims food animals choose their lives and without us they wouldn't get the opportunity. As I said to someone down below, IMO, that's like slave masters boasting, "Without us the slaves wouldn't have jobs."
Facts show factory farms are abusive. Change requires acknowledgment.
LovinAlPacino 4 months ago 2
@LovinAlPacino I agree. Factory farm abuse is rampant and brutal. The confined spaces, questionable "food", neglect, and slaughtering should all be stopped. I hate mainstream medicine the way you hate factory farming. I think it's disgusting that this nation swallows medications like candy without caring that it's all supported by vivisection. They'd rather alleviate their heartburn than avoid torturing animals. I understand factory farming is the same way so I feel your pain!
QuiveringNow 4 months ago 2
@QuiveringNow I agree with you re:vivisection. We "the civilized" eat, wear, ingest, or otherwise consume with little to, usually, no thought to how the product came about or how our actions will eventually effect others - even ourselves. In my experience, vivisection is the most difficult animal welfare topic in which to find an open ear. Animals are abused for the most trivial of human pursuits.
It's always uplifting to find like-minded people - renews my strength. TY!
We'll love it away! :)
