Basically make some green tea, add some lemon and honey, and drink some and put some on your face. You will help both the inside and outside of your body! :)
I love your channel. I have been wanting to try the lemon to even out my skin tone...I am med-dark skin complexion...my question is do you have to guard against sun exposure when using the lemon treatment. And how often is enough? To even out skin tone, should I still use the honey as well. I have fallen in love with Sweet Almond Oil as my face moisturizer, I will give the coconut oil a try one day because I like how it did not make your face look so oily. Thanks!
i use store bought lemon juice, like in a bottle. It's only lemon juice though, nothing else in it. I put 2 spoons of that, and a spoon of honey. but sometimes the honey doesn't mix well in it. I've been doing it for a week, and still haven't seen results. does this work for everybody?
You're beautiful ! thanks so much for the tip, after 4 days of using this method i started to notice that all my acne are starting to disappear and my skin was glowing in the sun , !
i'm gonna try this. i've had the same few acne scars on my cheeks for years that seem like they will never go away! i used a whitening mask and everyone says that my skin looks clear, but i don't notice it. still looks the same to me. but i'm gonna try this. thanks : )
thank you so much for this video i've been doing this for a month and it has cleared up my blemishes that i have. i will continue to use it even after the blemishes are gone
Hi , your video was really helpful ma'am , Im a 19 y/o Black Male and I was wonder is it okay to do this after I exfoliate with baking soda ?I kno you said dont do this after you exfoliate but I have a really blotchy forehead and hyper pigmentation on both cheek bones and I dont want to stop exfoliating .. is it okay ?
@gorillafromdamist I wouldn't, A type of rubbing, exfoliating to the skin will burn.. It's best to just use a terry cloth to exfoliate the face and then with the honey and lemon appy to to the face
Hi, I just found this video and I have just started using this method today. Is it easier to wash your face with a cleanser 1st before using the honey and lemon mask, or should you use the cleanser afterwards? I used the lemon and honey mask 1st and then rinsed my face, but by doing so my face still felt a bit sticky so I washed my face again with a cleanser then moisturised. will the lemon treatment still work if I use this method? can this work on dark black skin?
I'm so glad I found your channel. I have really sensitive skin, however, this remedy is doing wonders for my acne and overall complexion. Thanks for sharing :-)
@TheUgalum Coconut oil helps with minimize and stop wrinkles, dark spots and loose skin shiny, conditioned hair and with little or no dandruff not toxic in any way to the human body alleviates most skin issues including those that stem from dry, irritated skin (psoriasis, eczema, etc.) brings skin and hair back to nature's balance after all of the harsh chemicals we use minimizes effects and impact of sun damage on skin.
I know you say not to do this after you exfoliate because it will burn, do you suggest doing it before or when can I do this if I want to do both every day?
@1DivineChocolate Just make sure you don't exfoliate to rough. You can try a bit on your face where you exfoliated to see if it does. That's where the honey comes in to help soothe the area.
We had the hardest time finding lemon oil in my local stores...so I am glad we can use a lemon. Is there a special type of honey to use? And your skin is beautiful! Thanks, Rosa!
Thank you for this natural method to healthy skin. I was just in Clinique looking at their ance wash line. I will have to try this! Thank you for sharing :O)
I have been doing a honey mask using Raw Honey for about a year now and it is truly awesome. It gives my skin a natural glow andhas decreased the pigment in my old blemishes greatly, it also helps reduce inflammation in any breakouts Ive had as well.
@UnthinkableMiss Yes,even chemical peels and abrasive procedures are another option for sun damage treatment. A chemical peel strips away dead skin cells and damaged outer layers of the skin, stimulating the growth of healthy new skin.
Microdermabrasion can also be used to stimulate new skin growth. Both these techniques are excellent for removing or reducing the appearance of minor scars and blemishes as well as signs of sun damage. Good luck to ya! Rosa
"i did not know you could use these "prouducts" to clear up you "skin" and thank you ,you always give great "advice and great "reviews" am going to be trying that i have tryed "ambi fade" cream before, but i did not like the result,,as always i hope your day is well(god bless).
@deborahlynn1988 I depends on the the amount of the blemishes one has and how dark. If the person has may blemishes and very visible, it will take longer. There is no quick fix. We shed dead skin daily. This is way we must exfoliate on a daily basis and follow a regimen and stick to it. There is no instant result when it comes to the blemishes. God Bless!
Doesn't the use of lemon stain your skin when sunlight hits you?
