I like chris barnes when he was in corpse, over george in monstrosity. But now i like george way more, then chris in six feet under. I can understand george alot more then chris, but thats what i liked about chris in cannibal corpse is his hardcoreness with brutal lyrics and hard to understand vocals

I personally like Chris better but thats mainly because of Six Feet Under and Torture Killer(Swarm). He fits better in those bands because they shoot for a heavier slower sound, Cannibal Corpse is kind of fast so George fits better in the newer stuff. But George sucks ass at replicating older songs that Chris did.

Fucking CORPSEGRINDER is just dominant. Fast, slow, low, high, he is in CONTROL and is a musician first. Barnes, although talented, just couldn't keep up - plain and simple - and came across as a rockstar, if not plain lazy...

most people say corpse geonder, but i'd have to go with barnes his voice was more brutal(even though he went downhill after he left cannibal corpse). i think he had a better voice for a death metal band, seeing as i prefer early cannibal corpse, but i do think that corpsegrinder has more talent, but i think old c.c with barnes was better than the new stuff even though new c.c is still awesome

in my opinion the 2 singer's voices are too different to be compared,barnes has a grunty voice and he's definitely a guttural singer,george has instead a death metal voice that can go to low growls to very high screams but can't go as low as barnes used to do.

my favourite is barnes,with him cannibal had a more sullen atmosfere but after the bleeding george was the appropriate person for cannibal,a more skilled singer and the only one who could bring cannibal to the development in sogwriting
