  • aaaaaa fkn awesome, I cant stop watching this video... :P

  • it seems as if they were running so slow... but they just fly... in the future I wana run like any of them :P

  • how can anyone think the 400 is harder than the 800 or 400H?!

  • In grade 7 I ran a 58 in my first year of track.. :D

  • what are you all talking about, the 400m hurdles is the worst :P

  • Only who has run 400 metres can fully understand...

  • The music ruins the video.. Ruins the crowd's noises, delete the fuking music..

  • what is the name of this song playing in the background?

  • @TwinRoss its the chicago bulls theme

  • Derrick Brew is my freaking School coach man!!!!!!!!! I promise!!!!!!!!!

  • haha the only white guy wins!

  • @theconnorhood For that year did you see the same race in '08?

  • fucking crazy im 14 i run it 55 seconds..

  • getting nervious before the race is the craziest feeling in the world

  • @meetkinggarrett lol I agree the adrenaline I get before a 400m is intense!

  • 400m is called the death ring...'cose it's the longest sprint in athletics...at the end you are dead

  • The footage could be much better than this

  • Wariner has lost it. Big time!!!

  • i think the 400 hurdles is harder than the 400, 800, and mile

  • i agree though, whatever event you've chosen to focus on, you will know how to push yourself the hardest for that event and thus will have the most pain in it

  • you're all wrong, the most painful distance is clearly 26.2 miles

  • i think it's a matter of opinion and also depends on what kind of runner you are..

but i actually agree with fretarch, the order's 800, 400, and mile, not putting any less emphasis on the mile or anything but the 800 is just pure torture..

the last 100 meters of a 400 is horrid, but when you're running the 800 it's the ENTIRE last 300 meters you have to get through..

in the mile, however, you have a breather here and there and for some people an entire lap to recharge

  • Great Video. Sensational!

  • what' s the song ?

  • Sirius

    by the Alan Parsons Project

  • 800m my best event

  • right on. power to the 8

  • omg

    amazing lol :P

  • Please tell me, where is the video about Jeremy Wariner in Beigin 2008??

  • most evil distance in track

  • idk the 800 is pretty brutal

  • the 800 is my favorite and my best event

  • no the mile is the most brutal. second is 800. becuase both require alot of speed and alot of stamina.

  • yeah. a good friend of mine specializes in the mile as i prefere the 800. im going to start running the mile next season.

  • do u really think they are?

but thats true those two events are brutal as fuck ey

the 400 is too u know

i think my event is the mile

  • I personally feel like the 800m is the man killer. Nobody likes the 800m. This is fact.

  • Obviously you are a miler...

  • @jgxcmonkey ....says the guy who never ran an 800 hard. 800 is the hardest, then 400, then mile. Fuck you if you don't agree.

  • i dont agree. the mile is the hardest to run. i've ran the 800 hundred bfor but i still think the mile is the hardest as far as middle distance running.

  • If you think the mile is harder, then you're not running the 800 hard enough.

  • @FretArchitect i fucking agree.. hell yeah. im in hign school and I have ran all those. the mile is a pain is the ass, 400m is a back breaker, 800m is a death sentence. freshmen year (14 yrs of age) 400m- 53.12 800m- 2:05 mile- 4:55. im trying to beat the record this year, 49.02.

  • Thank you StreetPunkStudios. Real runners agree. I myself ran the 400 in high school and bottomed out at 48.5, with a 1:55 800. Those are definitely impressive times that you've run for so young, I only ran about 54 my freshman year in the 400. Good luck with your record breaking attempt man, keep working hard.

  • @PanzerAce88mm Disagree, i gotta give that to the 800

  • @PanzerAce88mm

Yeah sorry man, but the 800m is definitely harder, and I run both races.

  • @cbcc4ever I have to agree. I run the 800m, the mile, and the 4x400, and I have discovered how easy it is to run the 400 even after the mile. Don't get me wrong, the 400 is a BRUTAL race. But I have to say the 800 is harder, simply because the whole second lap has to be sub-60 second pace to get a great time.

  • @AmbientMW a 4x400 leg is different than an open 400, unless you have run an open 400 then you havent experienced the real race and yeah the 800 and 400 are not harder then the other they are both equally ass kicking, I haven't even run a great time on the 800 and I still think its hard

  • @TheGoose45 Yeah.. I guess you're right. I'm running the open 400 today.. So I'll see. You're right. THey're both basically an equal dose of hell.

  • @PanzerAce88mm nope 800 is most evil

  • @PanzerAce88mm You must be one of the three who disliked this video

  • my god, they don't even seem tired after it

  • @drclown They are black.

    Of course not.

  • @drclown Those guys were in top condition before that race

  • it pains me to say it but the yanks still rule this event and by quite some distance.

  • why does it pain you to say it? it's a fact.

  • Wariner got burnt by Meritt in 2008.

  • ya he ran a second worse than his pr. Merrit still hasnt come close to warinewrs elite times.

  • @sdotlondonkid Too bad Merritt* can't touch Jeremy Wariner's 43.45 pr

  • @hhsbball4sho you need to go back to your grave Gen. Lee

  • @abanks1959 Uhh....ok?? Are you saying that I was being racist because of my comment?

  • @hhsbball4sho I think he will surpass Wariner's 43.45 very soon

  • @dal4018 Merritt got tested positive for DHEA and has a 2 year ban, Wariner was and always will be better than Merritt.

  • @phastman1994 I know Merritt tested positive for a banned substance and Wariner's mistake was leaving his coach Clyde Hart.

  • @dal4018 True, he got back with Hart last year and now he's slowly coming back, he's already ran a WL and SB of 44.13 this year in Zurich so I'm sure he'll be back in the 43's consistently again next year.

  • @phastman1994 Hey yes when Merritt returns from his two yr ban and Bolt seriously thinks about taking up the 400 we will see how good your guy really is.

  • @dal4018 I'm sure with training and determination Bolt could possibly challenge MJ's WR. You still think Merritt is better than Wariner even though he doped though? I don't think so.

  • Comment removed

  • @dal4018 Boy what are you talkin about? lol All I said was that Wariner is back, which showed in Zurich when he ran 44.13 (much faster than his SB last year of 44.6), I'm not comparing Wariner to Bolt (yet) I'm just sayin he's better than Merritt who used DHEA, another words he cheated. Like I said I'm sure Bolt could potentially challenge Johnson's 400m WR if he puts his mind to it and trains for it. btw Bolt and Johnson are my favorite sprinters but I still have lots of respect for Wariner.

  • @phastman1994 Okay POINT TAKEN I STILL SAY MERRITT WILL DEFEND HIS CROWN AS OLYMPIC KING OVER YOUR GUY IN LONDON IN '12.

  • @dal4018 Yeah even though he got tested positive for DHEA which shows that he couldn't have run those times WITHOUT PED's, I'm sure we'll see when "your guy" gets slaughtered by Wariner (and probably Bolt if he's trained for it) in London.

  • @phastman1994 As stated before now that your guy has his coach back the next two yrs the whole world will see if he's returned to his form of '04.He reminds me of the race horse "Seabiscuit" undersized but plent of power &talent well he will meet his "War Admiral" in the form of Bolt and if he ever gets his hands on the 400WR it will never leave Jamaica that is a promise!!!!!!!!! It will be under 43 a prediction 42.66!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @dal4018 I think IF Bolt ends up breaking MJ's 400m WR it won't be 42.66, not even close, I would be surprised if he went sub 43.

  • Comment removed

  • @dal4018 I said I doubt he'll go sub 43.

  • @phastman1994 Okay point taken what is your prediction if Bolt doesn't go under 43 seconds?

  • @phastman1994 What is your prediction if Bolt doesn't break 43?????

  • i was standing by michael blackwood today at an indoor track meet. i didnt know it was him, my brother had to tell me. i was just looking him up

  • lucky

  • @bobob0000 I heard he was at least 6-6 in terms of height. Is that about right?

  • @dal4018 it was a while back i can't really remember, but yeah he was pretty tall.

  • @bobob0000 Okay your right I saw him as well run on tv and he definitely was above 6-4

  • or, "sirius", rather.

  • yeah, what song is that.

  • the music name is?

  • just found it.

    alan parsons. "serious"

  • thank you

  • I like his running style. Beautiful form. Even though he looked off in final, Beijing Olympics, he did excellent anchor in relay !

Hope he will win in Switzerland next Friday.

  • he is HOT!

  • I think this guy should be ashamed of himself with his attitude by winning Silver and how he shunned the news reporter. What a big baby! Get over yourself!

  • also, did you, or anybody else happen to notice if, during the 4x400 meter relay medals ceremony (usa ended up winning gold), the men put their hands over their hearts during the anthem? it didn't look like it to me. but i can't be sure, the camera was just focused on their 4 faces. if they weren't, that was pretty disrespectful to their country.

  • Poor Jeremy. To peak in Olympics at 20.

  • If I was Michael Johnson I would be pissed that a 44 second run won the gold medal. I bet he could have won this race if he was still training.

  • Good luck in the 400m at Beijing! You can get the gold again!!!

  • He should win, but yeah he does have some slight competition. The world record will definitely be broken at this olympics. We love you Jeremy you are the heart and pride of American Track N Field right now.

  • the WR will be broken when Bolt goes back up to the 400. 42.5

  • Comment removed

  • @dal4018 Honestly I can't see Bolt beating 43.18 but at the same time I think it's a possibility.

  • @phastman1994 No one thought he would run 19.1 or 9.58 but look what happened!!!!!NEVER SAY NEVER AS THE MOVIE TITLE GOES!!!!!!!

  • @dal4018 I can say the same about your unrealistic prediction on Bolt running 42.66.

  • @phastman1994 Point taken okay what do you think Bolt will run if he decides to seriously run the 400?

  • @dal4018 Idk yet but if I were to guess now I would say 43.3-43.5 with serious training. Who knows maybe he will break 43.18 but thats just my prediction.

  • @phastman1994 Okay thanks yes I can go with 43.3-43.5 maybe a little faster

  • @dal4018 lol

  • @Sonolumino8939 What did I say that you found humorous?

  • @dal4018 what movie?

  • @senjahcore "Never Say Never" and old JAMES BOND FLICK FROM THE 70'S

  • @dubasher My personal prediction was 42.66!!!!!!

  • what this song?

  • It is the Chicago Bulls intro song, I'm not sure what it is called, but you can look it up.
