I'm not going to go through all the pages to see if this was mentioned before, but that scream was accidental. When recording the song for the album the producer keep making them do it over and over. After 4 or 5 hours Bruce got pissed, grabbed the mic and let out this scream, which was recorded. It was added to the song and the rest is history.
