But I always was disappointed that Gala's raseru "hit the ground and cause an earthquake" type thing was never a playable move... Still awesome though!

the first one was the best! everything about it was awesome! i wish they did a remake of the first one. and with new spells, items, foes...etc. i can only dream. :'(

i remember this game, i love it, good story, awesome characters, and the ending was great. Legaia 2 was horrible and had nothing to do with the first one.

i remember this was the first rpg i bought for the playstation, i had to buy a memory card a long with it (which i may still have around somewhere) great game, kept me entertained for at least a couple of years haha. only bad things about it were incredibly challenging boss fights that could last for HOURS due to the heavy emphasis on drawn out fights. that was a little part of the charm though, game was hardcore.

Actually that IS an attack in the game. You have to get his ra-seru up to lvl 9 (the other characters too) through a small quest. Originally you can only get his up to 8. I forgot exactly what the attack does, but it you gain it when it reaches lvl 9.

No, Vahn's Ra-seru reaches level 9 at the end (Noa's is 8, Gala's is 7). I've played the game a couple of times and I've never gotten this attack.

No, Vahn's only reaches 8 following the story. I should know, I've gotten it to 9.

be turned into level 9 and Vahn will be able to summon him."

Same with the other 2 characters. Must touch a certain tree again.

I don't remember exactly what it does (fire based though) but the blade on Meta grows VERY long when you do the attack.

I know exactly what you're talking about. That's not the same attack. The blade/horn/thing coming out of Meta just gets longer as it's level grows (it doesn't get nearly that long). Same with the other Ra-serus (except with different transformations). As for the attack, it's nothing like the intro. The intro has a rainbow ball come out of the blade as it grows longer. Vahn's most powerful Ra-seru spell has Meta slash enemies with a sword while they're engulfed in flames.

No, let me explain again. The blade grows (and even the Ra-seru itself) as Meta gains new levels. The blade never grows during any magic attack. As for what the first comment was, I have no idea. It's been 7 months since I've been on this video replying to comments.
