Great scene. This came as a surprise to me, because It was such an awesome season finale, I wasn't able to foresee the carver's attack on Christian. And yes it is very difficult to hate him, he may be an "asshole" but he's a charismatic self made man with a tragic past. One of my favorite characters of all time.

It's the season finale to season 2. I started watching like 4 episodes before this and will agree, it's the BEST season finale EVER! I sooo quickly got the DVD's and watched this show from start to where I was in the series at the time.

Unfortunately, in Canada (where I am), CTV hasn't aired the 4th season even though it's ALMOST DONE in the US. ...hasn't stopped me from watching it though.. :D
