Is it possible for these lights to run off a rechargable battery? Also..maybe this is stupid but is it possible to control the light colours from a remote control? Is this technology available yet?

@MrRokotui Hey! Yes! You can get them from ebay with remote controls and they do quite a bit.

They come in 5M strips which is a fair amount!

Just type into Ebay "5M 500cm LED"

does it have to be plugged into a wall outlet or can it run on batteries. im looking for something that can be hooked on to a keyboard stand and be moved around.

would this work if i put it on a pair of pants? so they can maybe pulse or strobe to a beat?
