srry, but you are real stupid. you do not know any facts about german scientists. main german cadres were got by US and brought to US. one of them Verner fon Brown. other german scientists really were brought to USSR where all conditions for their successful work (aviation and rockets) and dwelling were created. and they worked very productively along with russian scientists.

with foundation of Eastern German Democratic Republic part of those scientists returned back home but most of them have chosen to live in Russia because they had very good work environment and, as far as i know, very good, by those times, life conditions.
