That's great advice. However, "keep [your] target heart rate between 50 percent and 80 percent of the maximal predicted heart rate" ... for how long? Seems like that might be an important piece of information. Three hours a week is my understanding.

dewd acording to this my maxumun heart rate is 180 but ive gotten it well over 200 and felt fine

Anything that refers to "cardio" means the heart. So cardio workouts endure the heart, yet help you loose massive fat :D
