People assumed (there were rumours) that Mischa was always late to work and that she wasn't interested in the show anymore. Other people think she wanted to pursue other projects/endeavors in life. While some people believe she was fired because she was always late to work.. We'll never know the exact truth, but those three things I mentioned are the key factors.
